I didn't appreciate the fact that as you enter you are searched & the security ladies even wanted to look inside my hand luggage, as a customer I was wondering what kind of ***** hotel is this? I felt unsafe & baffled. Exceptional stay! Staff went above and beyond, room was spotless with amazing city views, and breakfast was delicious.

It's good. The hotel was built by locals, and although it's comparable to a high-end business hotel in China, it's much, much better than local international five-star hotels. This was the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in.

The hotel service was good, but the facilities were rather old, and the breakfast was just average.

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed also the internet is good with netflix connected also its feels as home the food is good, will visit again.

This is a very well located hotel in Mwanza. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was great and there was a great little patio to eat, and also a bar to watch football.

We had to different rooms one room the bed was very uncomfortable 😐, the other was infront of the main road so very noisy but its next to the shopping mal and the breakfast fast nice. Also the price is ok.

The hotel has excellent rooms. Very spacious, at least the one I have stayed in, had air conditioning. The service people are so welcoming, room service was good. They gave good breakfast. Rooms have keyless entry so no worries about turning keys. However, the hotel has small compound and parking space for vehicles.

Out of town means it is quiet but not convenient. However 25% of the price of Ryan's Bay just down the road so if you want just an overnight bed it is fine. Excellent breakfast included in the 75000TZS tariff

Clean, comfortable bed, effective Airconditioning, very tasty meals and courteous staff! English may not be spoken or understood by all staff but they make it up with effort and a smile and try to quickly get someone whose English is better.

Great place but the position of Restrooms was not well thought of!!

Convenient location, the rooms are spacious, there is also a new wing which is about to be finished. Hence there will be soon a new wing in the same hotel.

Cool place. Make sure you spend your nights while you in Rock city. Its located only 3-4 kms from city centre and few kilometres from Mwanza international airport.
