All the other reviews are not really reliable. The service is literally terrible and kind of mean! The check-in was the worst ever! They mentioned the 5000 Baht for a plastic shampoo spender and told us if you break it we have to replace it! We booked the garden view room and we got told sorry we cannot change the room and they did not even apologize for the loud noise during the night until 3:30! The reception is open from 9-17:00 and there is nobody’s in charge afterwards! They did not clean the room on our first day and they refused housekeeping because HK is just until 14:00! Incredible that this hotel has so many positive reviews! Not to mention the bad pool area! Old rusty and dirty! We definitely not recommend it! Actually the island is beautiful and we can highly recommend coming here!
