Nanachart Bangsaen in Bang Saen

Bang Saen is a lovely place to escape Bangkok, but I would recommend not this hotel. On arrival we could not check in until 3pm, the standard time is 2pm in most hotels and normally they allow a bit early too, but I was sent away. And with checkout at 11am rather than the standard 12pm; I guess they do not have enough staff.
The room was okay but there was hair in the bathroom and despite having a balcony; there was no balcony furniture, such a cheap thing to provide but not l, unfortunately.
The staff were efficient but unfriendly, lacking warmth and any greetings.
The pool has a nice view but is old and the shower did not work. So all the signs to showed before you swim, irrelevant.
Breakfast is not good, the second day I did not even bother going. Really poor quality and not even any fresh juice. Only water and red syrup.
No one cleaned the room after the first day and I had to ask for new towels. The key card also got shut off so after a swim I had to walk, wet (no towels provided) to the reception to reactive the room key.
It is not that cheap to stay, it is a long way from the nice beach and it is not a nice place to stay.

Room is ok and clean. But check in at 3pm and check out time is 11am How ridiculous. And we asked for extra 1 pillow and they charged me 50 but for that. what kind of service is that.and we paid 1190 thb for tha no more..

For the same price there are much better hotels. The place needs renovation, the common areas were not clean. Broken bathroom door, bath towel only one in double, face towel was not there. To take a shower you have to move to the small corner where they have placed the water. I didn't like breakfast, I only got a coffee. In the parking lot they park at the pedestrian and wheelchair crossing and no one checks them. In the parking lot there was a lot of garbage and huge mice. Check in 14:00 check out 11:00 with the excuse we have many customers. I'm a customer too. I'm not staying for free, I paid!
Breakfast 7:30-9:00! Don't go out at night to wake up to have breakfast!

Overpriced. When we needed to talk to staff there was nobody ANYWHERE to be found. The bed was very hard and there was ants everywhere in the room. Breakfast was terrible. After checking out my girlfriend needed to use the bathroom but it was locked and there was no staff to open it.

Room is small
Restroom is very small and the water is flow slowly.

The bed was hard and the bathroom need a major renovation. The parking is horrible so narrow and doesnt feel safe at night, not to mention that low car will get under scratched if you are not careful. Again the bathroom sucks the door is broken and the water pressure was horrible as well. The breakfast selection are minimal and taste just ok. The only good thing is the view if you got the beach front, cant say that because most of the room you will just see tree and parking lot. For now, I wont revisit it again... and it not cheap either.
