The location was very good. Service was acceptable. Breakfast was really poor for a sizeable beach resort. Not sure I would return.

I booked 2 rooms with free dinner, the check in process is long. Upon checking in and getting the card from the front office officer, she told me room is not ready, and asked us come back at 3 p.m. she gave us key card at 3pm. Upon entering the room, i noticed the door was not locked and i am shocked that no bedsheets on my beds. The staff told us bedsheets are not ready, and have to wait till 5pm...

Only the location is good. Buggy cars need to wait long than expected.( I've called reception 3 times for a buggy within 45mins at morning time and still no buggy coming) Small insects like Mosquito, Gecko, lady bud and a lot of small bud found in 1 bed room villa. Insect poop poop everywhere. No tooth brush, no ventilation( exhaust fan) in the tiolet. Toilet bowl water is leaking the whole night....

No bellboy we have are family with 2 old persons 4 kids we have to carry our bags by ourselves Slide in the pool is quite dangerous since they have no guard to let the kids know that they can slide down or have to wait then my kids was kicked by another kids that they slide down before we got off of the way I do not think this is the best service that the hotel can offer us

Great place for relax after long working days!, Reommend three facilites you need to try. 1 Fitness room, small room but equipments are high quality. Swiming pool on R floor(13) very nice view!! Amari Bangsaen is a beachfront resort just steps from Bangsaen Beach with a relaxed, seaside vibe and convenient access to local eats, markets, and the lively boardwalk.

The hotel is right by the beach with beautiful scenery, but our 'sea view' room barely offered any view of the sea. The shower facilities had a lot of limescale, and the noisy motorbikes on the street were a bit annoying. Other than that, everything else was great.

Check in was quick and smooth. Staffs are able to communicate well in English, attentive and very welcoming. Food in the restaurant were great and reasonably priced. Kids enjoyed the pool with floats and balls from the hotel. Location is right in front of the beach. U can find eateries, restaurant and 7-11 just an arm away.

It was urgent booked and we need just a place to sleep. It is a nice hotel, clean and quite new, but when we checked in around 9 pm, a little confused since the room not the same as in the picture. At 10.30 pm, a staff called that the lady at the counter checked us in the wrong building and want us to move. I told them to move the next day since the boy was asleep. Recommended simple hotel. New and modern hotel of the simple kind. Large room, comfortable bed. I missed a reading light and a light above the mirror in the bathroom so I could shave. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you very much!

The room is clean and tidy, cost-effective

I originally booked a premium room, but was a bit disappointed to find it was a connecting room. The front desk upgraded me to a much better room. I had several interactions with them, and their service was excellent every time. I even got a towel elephant! The private beach's sand wasn't the best, but the fact that it was uncrowded made up for it. It's a shame I missed out on the cafe and happy hour

The hotel is very beautiful, private beach with bar/restaurant and many activities. Unfortunately they don’t provide shuttle to the city anymore, and difficult to walk to the wood temple. Have to call a taxi every time if you want to visit somewhere, but there are also shops and night market nearby, enough for people who want peace and quiet:)

The staff at the front desk were incredibly lovely and provided excellent service. My boyfriend and I had just returned from overseas and arrived around midnight/1 AM. We overslept, but they kindly allowed us a late check-out in the afternoon. Their communication and service were top-notch in every way. We will definitely be back! We love Sam Muk Resort so much!

I stay here every time I come to Bang Saen. The view is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and private. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We stayed in room 406, but the bathtub wasn't working, so we couldn't take a bath, which was a shame. The rooftop has a great atmosphere, but there are monkeys, which I'm very scared of. If these two issues could be fixed, it would be perfect.

This is an old hotel that has undergone a renovation. I stayed here last year in a standard room for two, but this year, we had more guests, so we needed a larger room. It's located next to the race venue, where we'll be attending the event. There are two cafes, perfect for taking photos, especially during sunset.

I've been trying to figure out why the floors in our room and in the elevator weren't clean. I think it was because they were busy due to the U19 Asia Cup being held. I have stayed on a few occasions at this hotel the negatives are hot water problems, I found using the thermostatic showers in late evening would only produce lukewarm water I have stayed in various rooms within the hotel and all have same problem. Great staff, nice enough hotel, great rates, good location for Bang Saen without being too touristy. This is a living, breathing that neighborhood, and should be respected as such. It's not lavish, but the hotel is very comfortable and clean. The two restaurants are great by my palate, and they were able to make the green curry vegetarian (w/tofu) on request.

The hotel has been operated for at least 20 odd years, The exterrior of the building might be old but the interior is nice and classic . The deluxe might be a bit small for my liking. It is convenience to dine since there are quite a few tastey food vendors nearby. Sufficient parking spaces .

Delightful place to stay . First class service , food, and accommodation. The staff are amazing I have found will do all they can for you, with a smile and refreshing politeness . The breakfast buffet which is included in the price, is delicious with daily variations that give one a hint of local flavour as well as the more common American style continental breakfast . Wow really an amazing place! I was there on 2018 and now and they kept it up so well!!! It’s an awesome place to celebrate with your company and bigger groups.
