The accommodation is in a good location, near the way to the Na Ja Shrine and there are many food options near 7/11. The room is quite clean but the equipment is quite old. It is not very soundproof. You can hear other rooms talking in the middle of the night. If you have trouble sleeping, you should bring earplugs.

The room is inexpensive, as advertised, and just the right size. The view behind the room is great. The air conditioning is cool and doesn't smell musty. It's clean and provides good service. It's located in the heart of the city. I highly recommend it. Even if you come alone, it's not scary. The safety is good.

I stayed in a single room for 700 baht. The room was clean, with no musty or cigarette smell. The air conditioning was cold, and the hot water was strong. The bed was quite firm, not very soft. There was a refrigerator and a TV. Parking was convenient. Overall, it was okay. I wish there was another mirror in the room besides the one in the bathroom.

No ocean view from our room! Quite a good location. Near market and Chinese temple. Restaurants close by. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent couldn’t do enough for you. Restaurant served great food.

Had difficulty sleeping due to the noise of the staff cleaning the floor above during the night/morning. Did speak to the receptionist who apologised but it happened the following night again. We wouldn’t stay there again for that reason.

Overall is okay. The hotel is near the market. If you stay on a weekday, they won't provide grilled seafood, but that's understandable. The room is spacious but dusty, room facilities are starting to break down. The bathroom must be renovated, there was no hot water and no walls - when using the toilet, noisy and smelly the entire room. Even if I went with a close friend, it wasn't okay.

The hotel very peaceful and clean. However, I wasn’t very impressed with the service from the reception staff (during check-in and check-out). They neither smiled nor greeted, which should be improved. And WiFi ver very weak. Thank you for cafe at lobby

The resort layout and the rooms are nice. We went there 18 people and rent out 5 houses. Each house has living room and kitchen so quite good. It’s in a good and peaceful location.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms clean. Beds comfortable and quiet. The location is not close to Bang Sean beach or anything else, really, so you will need a car. We used Bolt for cheap taxis which works well.

Super nice staff, location near the beach, there are a lot of things to do in the hotel.

Okay place, but expected more for the price. The rooms are clean and the pool is nice. However, there were issues that arose that made us not sure about returning. The shower had no hot water. The concierge came to our room to try to make it work, but couldn't either, and the situation was never further addressed. Also, the breakfast buffet food was cold. It wasn't just not hot, it was legit cold....

Safe and cozy place. Excellent service, the staffs are nice. Room is awesome with pool access and completed amenities. The food is just fine but I can say they put much effort to set up a nice dinning at the pool side. Pricey but it's worth it.

An apartment-style guesthouse near Bang Saen Beach. The interior has been renovated, the air conditioning is comfortable, the water pressure is strong enough, and it's not expensive. If you're lucky, you might even see macaques roaming the streets. Highly recommended!

Nice quiet place with reasonable great price for long stayed, it close to many shopping area by only just walking or taking public transportation. Staffs are very friendly and good helping. Only one thing to complain....The laundry room is quite small and the limit of their washing machine is not big enough for large load cleaning so it can cause the moldy smell. Well, I Hope it"ll be better improved...

Kilintra residence is friendly, clean and quiet. The room is spacious, well appointed (table 2 chairs mirrow big refrigerator hot water heater etc) and very clean. There even is a lift, but the restaurant has been closed since Covit 19. Consequently there is no food in the hotel.

The room is clean, but the problem is that the room is not soundproof. At night, you can hear the sound of cars very loudly.

The environment around the accommodation is full of beautiful trees and flowers. The nature is beautiful and shady. The room is very clean.

The shophouses were converted into residential buildings. They are not soundproof. Anyone walking by and closing the doors makes loud noises. The price is expensive compared to the quality.

A boutique hotel like your home. Owner are very friendly and service minded. The pool in the middle is very nice. You can customize your packages in many ways. Room with pool access on 1st floor with no tube or 2nd floor with tube but no pool service. Breakfast is very nice and should try.

Main problem was with WiFi. Limited to one device per room! Even with that device, signal dropped out so often that our family gave up and all used a mobile hotspot. Interesting arrangement for the pool - a poolside room costs about double and allows access to the pool, simply walking in from your patio. Guests in other rooms may need to pay to swim. Usually short time service (3 hours), the owner will be happier if any quests stay overnight.Like motel in USA, after the long distance traveling by car , the drivers need a place to rest or take a nap. Unlike hotel the place like this doesn’t need any documents to register before checking in. So mostly of quests are fond of staying.
