Lilawalai Resort in Nong Nam Daeng

I love the place. Soo much nature to walk around, smart tv, good internet and quiet for good sleep.

As a Top 10% global reviewer of Resorts & Hotels, this place is one of the most spectacular places we have ever stayed at, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant, the acres of manicured gardens, a truely unbelieveable place to stay at. The tranquil silence being away from main road traffic noise & just being with nature is so nice

Breakfast is not enough to eat.

The accommodation is beautiful. The view is 10/10, no deductions. But I deducted points because there was a little bit of bird droppings on the edge of the room's balcony.

It is located quite central to everything, but it is a long, windy road to reach the resort from the main road. The resort is beautiful but dated. It is surrounded by lush green, but I think we were the only room occupied there.

What a great find. Lilawalai resort is a perfect getaway location if you are keen on exploring the nearby National Park or want a relaxing break away from Bangkok.
An easy three hour train trip gets you to the local railway station and the resort will arrange a pickup service for a small fee.
The hotel is a bit away from the main city area so be prepared for a quiet and relaxing time, and that's an easy thing to do, with a lovely pool area and comfortable restaurant and balcony areas.
The staff are fantastic and very friendly and the rooms large and comfortable.

Lilawalai Resort—what an incredible place! We initially planned to stay for one day, but once we experienced the serene, nature-filled environment, we couldn’t resist extending our stay, even though we had other plans in Bangkok. The lush greenery surrounding the resort made it feel like a peaceful escape into nature.

The staff at Lilawalai were outstanding—warm, attentive, and fluent in English, which made everything easy. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best rooms and a truly enjoyable stay. The complimentary buffet breakfast was fantastic, adding to the great start of each day.

The rooms were immaculate and well-equipped, matching the standards of a five-star hotel. If you love nature, this is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in it. Spending just one day here feels like a rejuvenating experience with nature itself.

Lilawalai Resort also offers convenient transport options, including a van service from Pak Chong to Bangkok. If you’re planning to visit Khao Yai National Park, I highly recommend staying here for at least one night. The beautiful surroundings, exceptional staff, and cozy rooms create a forest-like retreat you won’t want to miss.

A resort in the garden of beautiful frangipani plants of various colours in full bloom. Quiet place to relax after visiting many attractions in the area of Pak Chong and Khao Yai. Reasonable price. Good breakfast. Great service-minded staff.
