Great location. 1 minute walj to railway station. Rooms are under construction so it would be better and cleaner.

Great location next to train station and many eating places . Staff very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at the hotel during MotoGP 2024 at a very reasonable room rate. The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, yet it isn't noisy. There are cafés, restaurants, and a 7-11 nearby. The staff are very friendly.

350THB for a double room with fan and private bathroom with hot water. Mini refrigerator. High water pressure. Paid washer. Free drinks at the lobby/lounge.
The room is small, just like Japanese "business hotel" rooms.
Because of a glass window between the room and corridors, bright white light comes through even at midnight. And you might have problem sleeping if you are sensitive like me. Bathroom stinks a bit. Those are two downsides.
One concern is that this hotel uses open WiFi network without any encryption, which is insecure and dangerous for your privacy and cyber security. You need some kinds of security on your side, such as personal firewall or other means of encryption or VPN and so on.

A quiet place for accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff.

Building is now painted in charcoal grey. And there is no more breakfast included !
The rooms are close to the railway station that it makes you feel as if you are sleeping on a platform. That the bed is super hard only adds to the realism.
The water pressure is the strongest that I have seen.
