We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. Although the service was not included, we received fresh towels every day upon request. We were also allowed to check out later when we asked. Top - highly recommended!🫶🏽✨️

celebrated my dad’s 73 birthday here! he said out of 10 hotels we stayed at this is “Heaven on earth”. The pool is HUGE, the area is immaculately cared for, rooms are spacious and the LEGO and wide selection of books in the lobby, make me wish we stayed here for the whole month!

Rooms are very spacious just by the pool. We were the only family staying in the resort during that particular period. The atmosphere was chill and very pleasant. The breakfast was alright and the afternoon tea was surprisingly good 😊

Nice, serene & with lots of greens resort located in outskirt. Not suitable for senior citizen or with lot of baggage as it's a long walk from chalet to main lobby. This is a refurbished resort. Staff have difficulty understanding English. Only one Chinese staff who can speak in English & Mandarin & he was very helpful. Thank you. Breakfast spread needs lots of improvement. Only hotdogs but no bacon...

It is my awesome experience here. All receptionists are nice and helpful. I am really impress to be here. Thanks again and I will come back one day. ^^ Love u all guys🥰

The front desk staff arranged for us to have a drink together and went out of their way to help us find a taxi, which was a wonderful example of the kindness of the Thai people.

It is extremely quiet. The personal is very kind and helpful and they did our laundry service for free. They are always willing to help and to make you pleasant it was a wonderful stay. It is in the baan tawai handcraft village. It was a miracle to be this close to the handcraft station. Highly recommended

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The facilities are a bit old, but it does not affect the use. In the wood carving village, half an hour's drive from the ancient city, it is very quiet and not crowded with tourists, suitable for tourists who don't like too much noise. I was quite satisfied with The Deer Resort. Its location in Hang Dong is very convenient, and since I booked a family room, having a balcony was a great bonus. If I visit Hang Dong, Chiang Mai again, I would definitely choose The Deer Resort.

Extremely comfortable, with great views and a delicious breakfast. My daughter had an amazing time! The female staff member who spoke Chinese was incredibly warm and attentive. There's also a kids' play area in the lobby with LEGOs. When we checked out, they even gave my daughter a My Little Pony doll. She was absolutely thrilled!

The environment here is absolutely wonderful. Waking up early to the sound of birds and seeing the sunlight stream into the wooden room is incredibly relaxing. It's a really laid-back vibe. During my stay, afternoon tea for two was only offered once: I didn't get to use it, even though I was told the time was 4:04 PM. One airport pickup (9 AM to 9 PM, book one day in advance with the hotel): Didn't use it. A large taxi van from the airport cost 600B. Mini-bar provided on check-in day: Didn't touch it. Overall is ok if compare with the hotel in the same area. Lanna style and friendly staff

a bit far from the city and it isolates from the busy city. It's quiet while you stay. Breakfast is a single menu selection with sliced bread and some random fruits you can eat also coffee/milk.

Moderately everything acceptable

The room decor is a bit dated, but it's very clean and tidy. The floors are wooden, so if you're on the first floor, you'll hear people walking upstairs. There are two very cute cockatoos too!

I rarely leave reviews when traveling with my kids, but this time I just have to share. We booked this hotel as a surprise for a summer camp trip, and honestly, I was a bit nervous since I didn't know anything about it, and we had the little one with us. Max is the best owner you can ever find! He goes above and beyond for all his customers. Although location is a little far from city, therefore, occasional difficulty getting a Grab but Max will be there to save the day by helping us arrange transportation. Wifi wasn’t the best from our room but overall had a very pleasant stay!

Great food,great room and the service is second to none.i will be back
