We stayed at this property because it was close to where we needed to be and within walking distance.
The property is not kept very well and actually was very dirty in our room.

The room is very clean, the facilities are average, there are no disposable slippers, and someone cleans the room every day. The room facing the road was very noisy because motorcycles kept passing by. There are Little Lotus and 711 nearby, so shopping is more convenient.

Wonderful staff and clean rooms. Very hard mattress. Repairs needed but not attended to. Food is dismal but there are places nearby. Right for the price.

Best in Kalasi
The wifi was very poor. The room was clean and the mattress was great. This hotel has large rooms, and the staff are lovely. Not much on the overpriced breakfast menu. We like it and will stay again. This is the best in Kalasin.

- Good location, near the market, near a convenience store (about 500 meters), easy to find things to eat.
- The room has all the utensils, including a refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, and cool air conditioning.
- At the hotel there is fresh coffee available. (included with breakfast)

1. There is no elevator. If you have a big bag, it will be inconvenient.
2. There is not much parking (about 10 cars).
3. The lights in the room are not very bright. Not suitable for sitting and working
4. The bathroom drain drains slowly.

We stayed here on 16June 2018. We are very happy with our stay. The rooms are as nice as they appear in the photos. The entire property has a fresh, creative attention to detail, as the name implies: a boutique hotel. I did not expect to find something so hip, cool, or "Indie" this far outside of the more well known areas.
The staff are very helpful, and friendly.
The room comes with a very complete breakfast prepared individually. Not Buffet!The "American breakfast was only ok. However, the "fried holy basil with mince pork was excellent. A plate of fruit, and a slice of cake came with the meal.
The only complaint, is that although the mattresses are good quality, and new, they are very very hard. Small complaint.
This is more expensive than many other places in town, but in my mind they earned the premium that they charge.

Cozy place to spend the night in the sleepy town of Kalasin. Very clean and spacious rooms and it is close to center for food and drinks. They have one joint right in front. The service is more B&B types. You have to order breakfast in advance to be served in time in the morning. No buffet.

Beautiful hotel, clean and quiet room, hotel is in the middle of town. There are government centers around the hotel. Recommended for you.
