In the old part of town with government buildings. Was renovated a few years ago to make it look more modern. A little worn really . Don't book on a booking site, just walk in. You'll save a lot of money. Positives were the price, super comfortable bed and very good WIFI. If your looking for a quiet location then you'll like it. There's some food stalls and a 7-11 five minute walk around the corner.
Other then that the area is super quiet and not much around.
If you want action look for a place near the Central mall or close to the train station in the newer part of town.

Good hotel at the centre of Khon Khaen.

Hotel is centrally located. Everything is really close and the receptionists are nice as well. Unfortunately, it's quite old and the rooms are in a very bad shape. Really needs some interior renovating.

Well, i'm probably a difficult person, but i would talk with those almost 1000 they gave such an high score to this "Hotel". The structure is really old and smell very bad, i haven't slept well, i had a bad feeling. I'm sure that in few years it will broke down for it self. This place is mostly visited by locals, and nothing against with that.
