The receptionist was rude, arrogant, and looked down on everyone. She's clearly ignorant and uneducated, but that doesn't excuse her bad manners towards customers. I was planning to stay for a week, but I didn't deserve such poor treatment as a customer. I'm writing this review for the owner and future guests so they know what to expect.

Perfect location for me. Nice to walk round the lake and night market. Big promotion now only 500 baht.All internet providers over 700 baht

The Ocean View Hotel in Khon Kaen, located next to Buengkhan Nakhon Park, is not a luxury hotel. We only stayed there in the morning and evening, so we didn't use any of the amenities. However, it's located next to Wat Dat, one of Khon Kaen's most famous landmarks, a quiet lake, and a small night market held daily by the lake. It's a quiet and clean hotel in an ideal location for relaxing and relieving travel fatigue. If I ever get the chance to visit Khon Kaen again, I'd definitely stay there again.

Despite this apparently being a fairly new hotel, it didnt feel very modern. Had a very out of date non-smart tv and the recption was an extremely overcrowded little desk which an ugly big covid screen. Rooms were fine. Was kind of strange though as our balcony had glass stopping you being able to actually feel outside. The only connection to outside the balcony had was through the railing in the fence below the window.

Solid 4/5 in this price range, rooms range from decent to pretty good depending on floor - top floor being the best : balcony view on temple, good AC & fresh air, sparkly clean. One minus : bed should be softer !

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and there is an elevator. We checked in late, but the staff are available 24 hours.

Room bed is too soft. Towel very used. Location near night market. One side is view block by the temple. Maybe have better bed option hotel

Clean accommodation, cool air conditioning, next to Bueng Kaen Nakhon. The good staff has a key insurance fee as well. Prepare cash. We do not accept transfers.
