Sleep Cube in Khon Kaen

I chose to book here because the facilities provided a “hair dryer”, but when I checked in, there was no hair dryer in the room. I asked the staff and they said that the hair dryer cord was broken. When I asked, does that mean there is no hair dryer at all? The staff replied that there is none at all. I really don’t like this. If it breaks, I should buy a new one or remove it from the facilities in the app. They said there was one but when I arrived, there was none. This is considered consumer fraud because if I had known in advance that there was no hair dryer, I wouldn’t have chosen to stay here. I’m not comfortable carrying it around and want a hotel with a hair dryer. You wrote on the app that there was one, but when I arrived, there was none. This is really not okay.

- The accommodation is not soundproof at all. The noise in the bathroom (probably the water pump) is screeching every time a room uses water. I can’t sleep. I wake up every time there is a loud noise. I can hear people talking, both outside the room and in the bathroom.

- Do not shower against other rooms because the water that was flowing will suddenly become weaker until it’s almost like a faucet. I can’t shower at all. I have to wait until the other rooms are finished showering.

- The bathroom floor is normal tile, but I don’t know if it’s because the air is humid or something, the bathroom floor never dries up. I showered since 8pm. At 9 am, it was still wet, it never dried.

- When we arrived, the staff checked in at around 9 pm. They put a blanket on the chair panel to sleep. I understand that it was late, but if you want to rest, go home. Don't come and sleep in the lobby during work hours. We asked about the hair dryer, and they jumped out of the blanket and answered. Work time is work time. You should sit on standby at the counter, not lie down and hide under the blanket and sleep over there. It's not very appropriate.

- The pillows, bed, and blankets are good. The location is good on the side of the road, convenient for travel. That's all. Other than that, I'm not impressed at all.

The accommodation is close to the university. However, there is a problem with the air conditioner that cuts off every hour. The air conditioner cuts off 2-3 times. The staff gave me a basic solution for when the air conditioner cuts off. However, I would like the accommodation to fix the air conditioner problem for customers instead of having to reset it every hour. This is really unbearable.

The room is next to the parking lot, it is convenient to walk to get things from the car, but there is the sound of cars coming into the room

The Sleep Cube hotel is unique, it’s built from containers. The bedroom is clean, decorated in minimal style, and comfortable. I’m impressed with the bed and pillows are soft, those are great. However, the staffs are NOT quite nice and friendly enough. They DON’T have breakfast. Last but not least, the internet was very poor. 🥲 YouTube and Netflix lost connection all the time.
Note: there are no available shower gel, toothbrushes, and toothpaste in this hotel.
