I always stay in the Loei Palace Hotel when I am in Loei. The rooms are very spacious with a very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is always great with many different dishes to choose from. Thai and Western cuisine. There is a beautiful park right next to the hotel with walking paths and exercise equipment. Great location in the heart of the city.

Everything is good, except for it water heating system. The water temperature goes up and down like stocks market. Very challenging when showing in the morning.

Fast wifi. Good breakfast. Nice swimmingpool. Sun all day. Very friendly staff.

A good hotel where the rooms and bathrooms were of average size. It became a Superior Twin room, as the Superior Double was sold out. It is possible to book a room with breakfast, which I did not do this time. The hotel is centrally located in the city, within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Parking is available in front of the building.

We arrived at 13.00 at the Hotel but the Staff won't let us into the Rooms before 14.00 even the Hotel is empty, only after a big discussion they finally prepared the Rooms after 30min waiting in the Lobby Rooms are pretty new and clean.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. No electric outlet a the head of the bed.

You get what you pay for. A bit far from the city but close to the airport. Basic amenities such as bar soap, glasses, towels, TV, hangers, refrigerator, etc. But after all everything went well. I am glad there’s water heater (Loei is cold during the winter months, it makes sense to have a heater)

The hotel looked nice and offered plenty of convenient parking. However, the room I stayed in was very musty, and the pillows smelled terrible. The AC unit was old but functional. Overall, I wasn't very impressed. While cleanliness was average, the strong musty odor from the room and pillows was a major drawback. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and not hard.

The room was quiet and peaceful, the ambiance was lovely, and the staff provided excellent service.

The room was incredibly affordable and offered excellent value for money. The service was superb. It was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. Overall, it was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Nice place the bigger rooms are better over looking the water the ones up the hill a bit are very small it's best to pay a bit more and get a better room over all its a nice place to stay for the price it's not far from loei didn't eat there soi don't know what the food is like

Good place for stopover surrounded by greens. Small cozy rooms. The hotel was only 30-35% in function due to covid. We enjoyed a small bonfire and some drinks just outside the room.

We went in for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. It's always confusing when you try to order black coffee with regular milk on the side. She brought me a small black coffee with some kind of sweetend milk already mixed in. No problem because she took it back and gave me what I originally asked for. Coffee just so so. The fried noodle with chicken or pork was very tasty and worth the 60 baht. Nice...

Highly recommended. Nice place, nice staffs and perfect.

I just stopped and got a latte there, then used the toilet. The coffee was good and fairly priced. The toilet was fine enough to accept my package.

Good Vibe and Great Room , Good Facility

Surprisingly good hotel in Loei. Pool is cleaned daily, beautiful, well-kept grounds. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All the employees were really great. Would happily go back.

Everything is good. Spacious, with parking, but only the accommodation is a little old, plus there is no elevator.

The room is clean, wide, and the mattress is comfortable. Quiet, suitable for resting If I come to Loei, I will stay here again.

A lovely place, nice rooms, very clean and tidy. A very nice pool that is cleaned daily. Lovely breakfast to cater for everyone's taste. We really enjoyed staying here.

Good value for money and a nice place to stay at. Reception were great and helpful, the room was larg and had everything we needed. The swiming pool is very clean and well kept. It was nice to relax in it after a long drive. Breakfast was very nice and a good range of food provided. There was also a well equiped gym on site ... which I looked at 😂

Internet no strong, my room had problems about toilet but staff have fixed it by plumber hand. Staff is ver friendly.

The room is a bit old. The plug should be changed from 2 holes to 3 holes. The bathroom should have a new shower. The water can't be turned on at all.

The rooms are nice and affordable. Only 400 baht for superior double or superior twin. 500 for Deluxe type. And it's just with the Loei Bus Terminal compound, which is great, as it's easier for transportation and also there are many options for food.

For those who have been to Nong Bua Lamphu — 30 miles west of Udon Thani, being off the grid makes a world of difference. Loei is even more off the grid than Nong Bua. The hotel is conveniently adjacent to the bus station, the ambiance of which strangely added some life to the otherwise dead surroundings. Basic functional rooms. Location dead in centre. Buses coming and going all night but not too bad the noise. Ideal place to stay for one night as a stopover on way elsewhere. 550 baht rooms. Cheap and cheerful. cant complain. .

Cleanliness is acceptable. The location may be a little hard to find even though it's next to the road. The service is not good at all. The reservation was made in the system but the employee did not have customer information. Because we have to wait for the hotel owner to send the information. There is only one bottle of water provided.

I asked the lady for a quiet room. It was quiet until 12am then I couldn't sleep until 4am because it's so close to a club. The music was so loud. I was going to stay 2 more days but left because of this.

It's like sleeping at home, perfect for a trip, meeting, or project, which is not convenient for a large group of people at home.

The staff provided excellent service. We checked in later than usual, at 2 AM, but the staff were able to accommodate us. The room was clean, large, and spacious.

The facilities are complete, but the accommodation is close to bars and entertainment venues. The hotel's parking lot is also insufficient for the number of guests.

Good location adequate service , special room type.

The rooms were great, as was the onsite restaurant/bar. As happens in Thailand from time to time we had a power outage. The team organized another room for us immediately, which was also great. Will certainly stay here again if back in Loei.

The lighting in the room wasn't very bright, and the air conditioning wasn't very cool. The check-in process was confusing, as the restaurant and parking lot were in the same place.

2nd time I have stayed, here a few years apart. Nice clean hotel but without any food or drink on site. The coffee shop had no milk. That being said, I will certainly stay there again when next in Loei.

Lovely hotel on the edge of central Loei. Staff were numerous, cheerful and helpful carrying luggage into the hotel for us. Staff (4 of them) were happy to clean around us whilst we rested in our room. It was only a 10 minute walk to town. There's a saloon bar and Thai nightclub (Robot) nearby and plenty of restaurants. The Saturday evening market is extensive. Recommend outings to Huai Krathing Resevoir...

Quick and clear communication. Easy to organise airport transfers with K Fon. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. I will definitely stay there again

The room is clean, tidy, smells great, there are bicycles to ride, and breakfast is provided. Overall, it's okay.

The room is clean and nice to stay. The pillows are soft and comfortable to sleep on. There is a hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, and breakfast. All in all, very good. If asked if I would stay again again, definitely stay again.

The bathroom has a pipe smell. Balcony near the building next door River view means you have to open the room door. Not behind the balcony

Delicious breakfast The service staff is very good. In the morning, the atmosphere along the river is considered okay, although there is a bit of forest blocking the view. But I forgot to take a photo of the porridge. Morning porridge is delicious.
