Good size large clean room. Also nice size bathroom with separate shower. I liked the shower flow control - good for water saving, and energy conservation. My girlfriend would have liked a little more flow 555

They really went out of their way with good service. The owner carried a fairly heavy suitcase up a couple of flights of stairs for girlfriend. They stored my Frozen fruit in the freezer downstairs. I've never seen this one before...They even filled the water boiler before I got there with fresh water. It was very nice to just turn on the boiler in the morning for coffee.

It was a quiet, good night sleep for me. The bed was a little hard but fine for one night. If I was staying longer I would liked a topper

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

The manager and some staff lack communication skill and responsibility.
Even worse, they told lies to blame me for failure caused by them, no apology at all.

2nd time I have stayed, here a few years apart. Nice clean hotel but without any food or drink on site. The coffee shop had no milk.

That being said, I will certainly stay there again when next in Loei.

Clean and comfortable for a night sleep. If you don't mind with facilities and concern with price, this is a good place.

Good Thai Hotel. Friendly welcome. English speaking staff. Big and very clean rooms. The bed gave me a good sleep. Reasonable price. On a small shortcut you walk very quick in to the city Only the shower could have so.e more pressure but that wouldn't stop me from choosing this place again.
