Ok place to stay for a night. Our room was very basic with a clean and comfortable bed. If you just need a clean place to pit stop, you’ll be happy. If you’re looking for a place to hangout and stay longer you may want to reconsider.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, the host nice, water was hot and you truly can’t beat the lake views from the terrace.

Everything you need for a cheap price, the terrace with the view on the lake to have breakfast and the sympathy of the owner in addition to that

only good things were: location, wifi and a sweet lady, but otherwise place was dirty, there were cockroaches laying in many places. there were no windows only mosquitos net. and no air conditioning, only fan, for me personally was too hot in the room.

Stayed for 2 nights, great location right in town and next to the park so nice view while enjoying a morning coffee. Room was a bit dated and could have used some repairs, but good for the price. Also very thin walls so you can hear everything…

Really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. Originally booked 3 nights & then extended a few days. Our host Pong & her family are so nice & made us feel welcomed. Our room #2 had a fan, comfortable bed, private bathroom with hot shower. Small room with a chair & small vanity desk. Nothing fancy, 300 baht per night, which was good for us. The common space upstairs has shared outdoor kitchen area & lounging. The view of the temple & walking street nightlife is the highlight of this guesthouse. Easy walk to walking street, 7 eleven, & restaurants.

Bad, Very Bad! Worst Place I stayed in Thailand.
Poor Sound Proofing or None at all. Heavy
footsteps and items dropping occasionally till late at night & early morning from the long stayer upstairs, and noisy couple staying next door talking and coughing almost the whole night for 4 nights woke me up again and again, couldn't get any proper sleep. And male owner turned aggressive when I made my complaints. He wanted to confront and fight me. I was ready to go to the Police. Covid should wiped out their business and teach them a lesson to treat every customer complaint with respect, gratitude and friendliness. They chose not to believe the truth and take my complaint seriously. Bad management. Rude. I don't stay for free. I pay for my room. Stay somewhere else.! I moved to better, cleaner and friendlier guesthouse near by.

Did not stay at this location, but had a loverly meal, and a couple of drinks. Excellent value for money. The lake has been drained just mud which is a great shame ( doing work on it).

Upper rooms are much nicer then others. Bathroom is dirty, with mould on walls. Anyway, the view from rooftop is really nice and guest house is close to city centre. We stayed in much cheaper and nicer hostels and guest houses so not sure if it value for the money.
