Really nice Thai-style resort with a lovely garden and lots of space between bungalows. Our (standard) room was super clean and quiet. The bed was a bit firm, the shower was piping hot. A free but simple Breakfast with coffee, tea, toast, and jam is provided until late in the morning.
It's a five-minute drive from town, so having you own transport is essential.
We will definitely stay here again next time coming to Mae Hong Son.

Everything was excellent except for WIFI. No wifi available in our room but was available at the common area where you had breakfast. I would recommend the owners upgrade their WIFI as it’s important for travellers.

The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell they love and care for this place. It's a little out of town, offering a completely rustic atmosphere. It's so quiet and peaceful, with birds singing and roosters crowing in the mornings!
The rooms are cozy, and there's lots of greenery around the property. The morning coffee with jam was a perfect pick-me-up before hitting the road.
I highly recommend it to anyone traveling the loop who needs a good night's rest!

Room is ok, but soundproof is terrible, i can clearly hear my neighbors talking (twin bed room), otherwise is nice place to stay, quiet area, friendly staff

The atmosphere is great. It's a short drive down a side street following the GPS, not difficult to drive.
The owner loves plants, has a nice landscape design, and takes good care of the accommodation.
The staff are friendly and provide good service. They even called to remind me if I forgot something. The breakfast includes a small selection of bread and coffee, but it's delicious. The price of the accommodation is excellent.

The rooms are clean, the resort owner provides excellent service, the atmosphere is peaceful and serene, and the weather is cool and comfortable. The morning atmosphere is wonderful; waking up to see a little bit of mist on the mountaintops is amazing.

The owner(s) are lovely.
The bathroom had a small leak in the bum gun hose which meant the floor was always wet.
To be fair this may not have been detected before I checked in.
The neighbour across the road has a dog that regularly barks which is not the resorts fault but still rather annoying.

Great value for money and a lovely property. But the bed was pretty hard and hurt both of our necks! Otherwise we loved the stay.

One of the best quality-price ratio we've had over the past 3 weeks! Very nice rooms, almost to the European standard. Very relaxing atmosphere. We decided to extend our stay to enjoy the nice room and cozy garden. To be picky I'd say breakfast could be improved (but then maybe the price would go higher), and cleanliness of the bathroom could be better (but that's already much better than most places we've been to in Thailand in the same price range). Actual hot shower and real towels 👍so that is great ! Just missing a shower curtain 😅 (like almost everywhere else around here). FYI we paid 600 for the first night and had the second one for 500 (February 2025)

Terrible service & room disgusting, mold all over bedroom wall. Ask them to clean, first of all they denied it was even mold then when they saw it was mold they prefer to give a refund than do anything about it.
