One of the best guesthouses we've encountered in our extensive travels throughout Thailand.
The staff is super friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The room is a good size and well equipped with a small fridge, big TV, flat screen TV, cool AC, and very comfortable beds with good quality bedding.
The hotel is a very quiet neighborhood, but a bit far from Town, shops and restaurants. Having your own transport (or use a of ride hauling service) is imperative.
There is a seating/dining area next to the lobby and the owner was so kind to let us use the microwave in their staff kitchen to warm up our food that we brought back from the famous "Save One" night market. Some reviews mentioned that breakfast is included. However, we were told by the owner that she stopped breakfast service during Covid and decided not to resume it since. There are however some basic food items such as instant noodles available for purchase at the lobby.
We visited during the low season, our room rate was ~500B on Agoda, which is an excellent value. In fact, we liked Sirin Boutique so much that we extended our stay from 1 night to a total of 3 nights.

The room is spacious, the bed is soft, sleeps well, there's a balcony, parking is just right, near 7-Eleven, walk 500 m., 5+ nights is very worthwhile, there's a hot water kettle, the bed is big, sleeps very comfortably, highly recommended, suitable for people who want to relax in peace and quiet, having a car is very convenient.

The bathroom looks old, the room is old, the bed is not clean, and the pillowcases are stained. Sigh.

I think they already removed it but don’t trust the online reservation on the “official website”. I did online booking there but when we called for verification they mentioned there were not room available.

The hotel is a bit old but still looks good. My room was clean yet the bedsheet and the towels looked old and needed to be replaced. It was only 595 per night so it's okay.

Lovely little place for a great price!! Staff are very friendly. It looks like they are building a swimming pool and extra rooms out the back. Rooms are really clean.
Only 2 negative points. The toilet is crammed into a corner next to two walls and is not very comfortable. Theres a face recognition lock they use in the evening which can be a nuisance to say the least when you come back drunk from a night out haha.
