I believe the review rating is higher than it should be, as the price is high in comparison to the overall quality of the rooms. I booked 4 rooms for my family.
On the positive side, the room and bathroom sizes are acceptable and not too small, and the bed is comfortable. The presence of two elevators is also convenient, particularly for elderly guests. However, the room had an unpleasant odor, resembling dampness. The curtains were dirty, and the windows faced other rooms directly, resulting in limited privacy. The hotel location was also not particularly convenient.
In addition, bird droppings and feathers were present throughout the exterior areas of the building, which created an unhygienic impression.

The hotel is very clean and comfy. It doesn’t locate in the city centre. No dinning service but not far from a convenience store, cafe, local food shop and restaurant and delivery is available. Hot drinking water and instant coffee are provided in the public areas. Nice staff.

The location was perfect for my goal. And price wise I got exactly what I paid for. The only wish it was a bit cleaner - furniture and walls have many dirt stains.
Staff was very helpful, even though not everyone was fluent in English.

The room is clean, the price is affordable, worth it. Importantly, the staff is lovely, friendly, the bathroom is clean, the water flows strongly. Recommended.
