Our stay at Supachai Inn "okay". The staff were not very friendly and seemed bored. The room itself was a good size but the bathroom had been renovated and painted this weird blue color throughout. Several of the lights were burnt out and one flickered which was annoyed so we never used it. There was constant noise from the next door shop. Comfortable bed and appreciated having the warm water shower and mini fridge. Location was great. Close to everything.

Although Trip missed out my booking, I have no room to stay, the hotel reception is very kind to help me finding another hotel for me as I can't speak Thai.

The toilet seat had nasty stains and scratches on it, and the toilet was growling all night. I immediately told the front desk person. Nothing was done about it. The reception staff were sullen, icy, creepy. Never a smile, hello, or thank you. The lobby area is ghetto. One guy who works there sauntered in, sat at the front desk, and played his stupid phone blaringly.
The place looks decent in the online photos, but it's just another case of deceptive advertising.
I was supposed to get breakfast. None was available. I want a refund. Avoid this dump, no matter what.
