A lovely guesthouse in a quiet neighbourhood and great location, close to central temples and tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean with a tv, mini fridge and air con. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

400 baht for a fan room with outside bathroom in rural Thailand is not a bargain. However, in this case, I think it's worth it due to location location location. My partner and I stayed here for a few nights during the boat racing festival and we really enjoyed it. Our room was pleasant and everything was really clean. The rooftop area was quite special and a great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening.

Really relaxed and quiet. Aircon room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to many things. Good basic room in well maintained tradional wood home with addition. The top deck very much enjoyable cozy hang out spot. Free water & coffee available. The staff was friendly & nice. Nan & it's people are pleasant to visit. Off the beaten path. It's a lovely hotel, much more beautiful and cleaner than I thought. Nan is already a clean city, but when I entered the hotel, it was like coming home. At first, I got a room on the 2nd floor. The staff saw that I had a lot of stuff and changed the room to the lower floor. They were very attentive. Thank you very much.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and its a great location in Nan city. The rooms are always clean and tidy ant the staff are very helpfull, they also have free bicycle if you want one. A very pleasant stay.

Huge, clean, comfy room just like visiting a friend’s home. Breakfast is available in the separated building with simple selection. They have bicycles and umbrella available. The staff are very friendly. You can ask them anything.

Very kind hotel staff. They pick me up at the airport and help me booking a taxi to Pua. The room is spacious and very clean. I stayed during the flooding in Nan in 2024 (this accommodation was not flooded). The owner took very good care of me, even picking me up from the airport. I liked that there was a lawn, big trees, a swing, and birds flying around all the time. I could hear the birds chirping every morning. Clean, firm bed, spacious room. It's a separate house with complete amenities. The room includes a refrigerator, water heater, wardrobe, shampoo, body wash, cotton swabs, shower cap, TV, and air conditioning. In the morning, there's fruit and roasted sweet potatoes. The common area has a sink, dishes, cutlery, and a microwave for use. Excellent. Cheap and good value.

The elder who takes care is very cute, friendly, the room is large, very clean, private, recommended. If coming to Nan, will stop by to stay again. The caregiver is very cute.
