Pukha Nanfa Hotel in Nan

Pukha Nanfa is a beautiful small hotel decorated in local style. I saw from the reviews that they offered a pick up service. I sent a message via the ******* App only a short time before arrival and was amazed they could action it so quickly and collect us from Nan station in a lovely clean minibus. Our room was beautiful and we loved all the pictures and decorations in the various seating areas. Sadly due to the holiday season we could only stay one night. However next morning after a delicious breakfast they helped us make a train booking, took us to 2 temples and the museum, recommended a great tom yum noodle shop and dropped us at another hotel. Stellar service. It is sad that more western tourists don't come to Nan. It is so friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

The hotel is beautifully decorated, reflecting the identity of Nan well. The staffs are very good, smiling and ready to serve all the time. The food is delicious, every menu tastes good. It is considered very good value. The transportation is convenient because the hotel has a van to pick up and drop off everywhere you want to go.

Good service, good location, convenient, clean room.

The hotel is in a log house with picturesque interior and cozy rooms. The staff is very serviceminded. Nan is not well served with taxi's or tuktuk's, but the hotel van can bring you around at no extra charge. The local Nan style breakfast is great, the western style a bit more basic.

This was our favorite hotel stay in Thailand. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas in the hotel are beautiful and comfortable - historical wood that is in excellent shape. The breakfast is generous and delicious. We loved having the markets within short walking distance. The loaner bikes are great. We took them all over town.

The hotel is made of teak in a classic style, both interior and exterior make this hotel different than a standard hotel. Location is within walking distance of the major attractions. Hotel also offers free bicycles and drop off/pick-up service. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Rooms are well equipped.

We stayed here two nights and enjoyed our stay. Pluses: - very clean - helpful and nice staff - If you are getting breakfast at the hotel, you can order the food you want in advance. - There was a good spread of different types of food at breakfast - safe in room Note: there is no elevator, so you will need to take your bags up steps (the hotel staff did that for us).

Well decorated hotel. Super clean, very impressed for good service.

Served good hotel breakfasts. I find that the hotel room assign to us is small. Overall the hotel is still pretty good for its location.
