Great place with excellent owners. Very friendly and helpful. If you are a motorcyclist then it's even better as the owner Pi Mong is a biker and can give great local information

To me it's neither a bad place, nor a good one. Price 600 for the room with double bed (but not a large one), AC, TV, good Wi-Fi, hot shower (but needs maintenance), coffee and khanom. It's fair, but there are problems. The first one is the staff: they're absolutely not interested in welcoming the guests; they try to ignore them as soon as possible. Risky behavior since there are plenty of accommodations same price, same quality, with smiling and friendly staff in Nan. Second: in front of the hotel there is a blacksmith who makes annoying noises during the day. No problem if you check in evening and check out early morning, otherwise... Third problem: the hotel road is heavily busy, noisy and polluted by tracks, busses, cars and no muffler motorcycles. Only in the middle of the night the traffic becomes limited, for few hours.

Good value hotel with spacious rooms. Good location and walking distance to places to visit in Nan, Thailand.

Clean inexpensive rooms. Close to bus station and easy walk to night market. Very helpful staff.
