Smart Hotel is a well run 3 star hotel that delivers excellent value for money, located in a business district It’s perfect for both business travellers and those wanting to explore BLN beyond the normal tourist hubs.
Rooms are clean, modern well maintained / offering the essentials for a comfortable trip. Staff are friendly efficient and always ready to help. The Manager - Pam was especially welcoming from check in to check out.
With around 60% of guests being Thai and rest a mix of expats and international tourists , the hotel has a pleasant local feel while still catering to global standards, the surrounding area has plenty of cafes and restaurants.
Overall Smart Hotel Bangkok offers a reliable and enjoyable stay - ideal if you’re looking for comfort , convenience and good value for money .

It's not very clean at all. The parking lot is exposed to the sun, and there is no convenience whatsoever. There is a small hotel sign. It was hard to find it.

Location was okay but there was dog in the property and was barking at night. No or not much window in the room so I felt uncomfortable with the room. Will not stay there again.

i and staffs company stayed here 3 nights , the staff is very helpful, the room is very well design wuth cartoon characters . the location is not in city center but near expressway and giod restaurant. the hotel is in peaceful area of bangkok, best for those who work in cities and want to stay calmly, very recommended.

This hotel is amazing I love it. The property is in very good shape and the people who work.There are very helpful and professional. The general manager Pam did a very good job in helping me and taking care of me. I look forward to staying here again.
