The accommodation was clean, the hotel location was quiet, the reception staff were good, but the TV channels were incomplete. I would have liked to have towels for drying hair, but overall it was okay.

The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Overall, it was great value for money; I was very impressed.

Anyone planning to book should check the dates carefully. The accommodation doesn't allow changes to the check-in date with the hotel. When I called to inform them, they said the agency had to be the one to inform them. Even after the agency informed them, they still refused to change the date and wouldn't give a refund. The service is terrible. Even calling less than 5 minutes after booking, they wouldn't change the check-in date. This is a policy of taking advantage of consumers. Since the accommodation is treating customers this way, I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Board.

The room rate is cheap and worth the price, but there is no hair dryer.

The room was very clean, perfect for relaxation. The reception staff were cheerful, friendly, and provided good advice. I will definitely stay here again.

Facilities: Standard hotel, acceptable.

Cleanliness: Standard hotel, quite clean.

Environment: Relatively quiet, you can refer to the map. It's located on a side street off a main road, but be careful of stray dogs, especially if you have children.

Service: Service was fine.

I don't like taking photos intentionally.

Among the hotels in the area, I would recommend this one. It's quite good; I've stayed here twice, both times for three or four nights or more. The price is reasonable.

Big parking place for the car. No issue for car travels. Reception asked for the passport which was far away and did not want as common in Thailand to accept photo. Even it does not work to bring it later after checking. Spend 10 minutes looking for passport at check in time. Before I drove 8 hours. Sometimes bureaucracy is annoying.
