Great facilities and location. The Hotspring and ice bath were very nice and rooms looked recently renovated. Sala Thai restaurant was not open during our visit. Only negative was there was no one at reception when we arrived and had to walk around the pool area to find someone to ask where to check in.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The swimming pools and hot springs are fantastic, and the cuisine is outstanding. Breakfasts were good, although they could be a bit more varied. We'd usually opt for the cheapest budget room we can find but decided to treat ourselves on our first night for getting over the jet lag, and by check out time the following morning decided to book a second night! Everything is very good. Hotel is very comfortable and the system, where you pay for all the meals and drinks at check out helps to relax on the beach.

Lovely hotel and really spacious rooms, lovely to have your own pool. The beach bag is a lovely touch! Plenty of beach beds. Only down side for us was that it was a little remote and far away from other restaurants, although the beach is exceptionally quiet so if that’s your vibe, then it’s perfect for you.

The hotel consists of individual villas, surrounded by a lot of greenery, which is quite beautiful! It's very close to the beach, separated by just a road from the accommodations and breakfast area. There are security guards to help with traffic, which is very convenient. The beach is also very clean and quiet, with only hotel guests, so it's peaceful! Absolutely nice beach, but that is about it . The food is miserable. The service as well. All prices are subject to VAT . There is nothing around the hotel , which makes you have to reside in the resort and eat there. For children an absolutely unloved playroom. For a 5 star hotel there should be more offered. I would rate our stay as good; however, our expectations were higher than the reality. The room we initially received was not soundproof, and we could hear neighbors from the adjacent villas, which resulted in us not sleeping at all. The next day we changed rooms, and the location was better — we no longer heard any neighbors. Unfortunately, the bed linen had holes in it, which felt quite unpleasant...

The room is quite spacious; however, the furniture appears somewhat dated. The glassware and coffee cabinet could benefit from better ventilation. The swimming pool may also be improved with additional attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Breakfast options are somewhat limited and could be enhanced in terms of quality. It needs repairs, but everything else is great.

I immediately want to get out. The air freshener doesn't mask the moldy smell. The air conditioner is very dirty, the glass on the balcony is broken. Everything is very tired. But the staff is very friendly. There is no access to the beach. The sea is nearby; the noise of a boat engine woke me up in the morning. Breakfast was okay.

Everything is great, all the rooms in the hotel have a sea view in a quiet place. The hotel is suitable for travelers by transport, cafes are located at a distance from the hotel

The hotel is very tired, requires investments and repairs, the location is not bad, but there is no access to the sea at all! You can walk along the road and this is very inconvenient. The rooms are large, but the service is a three, the same can be said about the breakfast... it clearly does not reach even 4 stars.

The hotel is unique, but many services are closed, like the bar and restaurant. I stayed for 3 nights, and my room was never cleaned, nor were the towels changed. I had stayed at this hotel before, and rooms were cleaned daily. I don't understand it. It seems like there's a staff shortage, hence the closed services. Otherwise, the pool is very pleasant, and the hotel is clean.

The hotel is 4 km from the beach. It's a convenient stopover if you have a car. We stayed overnight on our way from Phuket to Krabi. The room was large and spacious. There were no toothbrushes or water. The hotel is a bit tired, but clean. The staff was helpful. They even provided an extra pillow upon request. There's a pool and sauna, but we didn't use it. We didn't include breakfast. My rating is...

It was a nice hotel. We stayed for one night and checked in late. The good news is that the reception is open 24 hours. The bad news is that they started doing some renovations and drilling in the hotel in the morning, which interfered with our sleep. There was no hot water in the shower, so we had to use cool water.

Fantastic food and service. All the staff make you feel like the resort belongs to you. Nothing is too much trouble. It’s also a very peaceful and beautiful beach; nicer than Amanpuri and Rosewood beaches I think (a bit calmer than Amanpuri and more private and better service than Rosewood). Our butler Min was amazing. We will be back!

It's simply paradise on earth. The service, cleanliness, and facilities are impeccable. The only downside is the mattresses, which don't match the quality and comfort of the place's price point. This is something that's easy to fix, and we hope they do so soon. If they fixed this, I would give them 5 stars. A special thanks to the butler at my villa for his excellent service.
