Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa in Khok Kloi

Everything is very good. Hotel is very comfortable and the system, where you pay for all the meals and drinks at check out helps to relax on the beach.

Lovely hotel and really spacious rooms, lovely to have your own pool. The beach bag is a lovely touch! Plenty of beach beds. Only down side for us was that it was a little remote and far away from other restaurants, although the beach is exceptionally quiet so if that’s your vibe, then it’s perfect for you.

Nice beach

The hotel consists of individual villas, surrounded by a lot of greenery, which is quite beautiful! It's very close to the beach, separated by just a road from the accommodations and breakfast area. There are security guards to help with traffic, which is very convenient. The beach is also very clean and quiet, with only hotel guests, so it's peaceful!

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation without much sightseeing. It's a bit far from Phuket Town. There are a few restaurants nearby, but I didn't visit any, opting to eat at the hotel instead.

The hotel's beachside restaurant serves delicious food and isn't expensive at all, offering great value for money. I ate all my meals there for several days, and they even have a show on Saturdays! Overall, it's pretty good.

However, the staff's service awareness could be improved. When we were checking out, we had a lot of luggage. We encountered many staff members on our way to the front desk, but not a single one offered to help, and even the front desk staff didn't assist!

Nice location with beautiful wooden villas including private pools. Super long pool with approximately 55 Meters length. Wonderfully located restaurant at the beach side. Road between accommodations and the pool/ restaurant. A bit remote and not much infrastructure directly around it, besides the great wooden bridge restaurant just 300 Meters away. Taxis via usual apps no problem. And my wife liked the gym.

Absolutely charming place. People leaving bad reviews are just entitled Karens, I’ve never had such a unique and original experience. It truly feels like being in a Thai temple. It may look a bit expensive compared with other places, but I can guarantee it’s worth every penny. You’re paying for exclusivity, there are only about 60ish villas, and for exceptional service. Had I known this place earlier, I would have stayed more days here rather than in overcrowded tourist traps like Phuket or Phi Phi.

Some tips:
-Car rental is helpful but not obligatory. The resort can arrange airport transfers, and you can also rent a scooter once at the hotel.
-Restaurant: The food is good (not outstanding), but the prices are fair. The restaurant is right in front of the beach, making every meal relaxing and enjoyable.
-Insects: You will see ants or a few mosquitoes, the resort sprays lemongrass repellent twice a week. Since the resort is surrounded by vegetation, encountering some insects or small animals is completely normal. People who complain about this probably live in big cities like Paris, London or Moscow and expect everything to be sterile and lifeless. Wake up!
-Activities: The best part is simply enjoying the resort itself, the pool, the beachfront, the restaurant, the villas. You can book excursions like the Similan Islands for a day trip, but honestly, you don’t need much else. You can easily spend a week here just relaxing and recharging.

My mom and I stayed at Santhiya for 6 nights and it was spectacular. Beautiful location with extremely friendly staff. We stayed in a gorgeous 2 bedroom villa which was always cleaned to perfection. We had dinner at the restaurant on the beach every night and the team (particularly the superstars Sana, Vicki and Erwin - and everyone else lovely too of course) were extremely kind and hospitable. The entertainment with dinner on some of the evenings was very fun too. The front of house / reception staff (especially Siri) were wonderful and super responsive on WhatsApp for anything we needed. Massages were some of the best we’ve ever had too. I recommend booking directly on the website for maximum value for money. Thank you Santhiya team, we will be back!

The hospitality of the people there really amazed me.
I had a good times and I can say the best of experiences that I’ve ever had in my life. If any chance, definitely want to go back there.
