Location of the hotel is good. 7 eleven is just 300meter away. Hotel room is clean. Aircond is cold. Sound proof is ok. We didn’t try the breakfast. They have gym room in the hotel.

GYM equipment were broken and and I notified the front desk about it. The GYM was vey hot; no aircon and only fans. Bathroom water pressure none. Location very good.

Stopover for a night. Great stay. Everything is good. Staff very friendly, plenty of parking space. Met other campers in the hotel. Very fun vibe. Oh yea. Got plenty of massage centre in front of the hotel. Very good for relaxing.

Located in a quiet part of town. Good eatery opposite. Excellent service by the staff and rooms are clean and tidy. 7-11 just a short walk down the road. Slept well. Will come again.  Sheltered parking on first come first served basis.

Siva Hotel never fails us. This trip we took the deluxe king rooms, spacious and the balcony is just nice to relax. Walking distance to 2 doors away there is local Thai restaurant and foot massage is just opposite hotel.

A good stopover hotel for the long route from Bangkok. Near night market which was convenient for food. Otherwise not much amenities nearby.

The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet, and safe. There is ample parking. The staff provides excellent service. It's close to the city center, making transportation convenient.

It's fine if you're just staying overnight. I came by bus from Thale Noi, but it was a little off the route so I had to walk.

Better than expected for this price. The bedroom is very clean. The only complaint is that the shower head is a bit high. 😅😅 There are many delicious restaurants near the accommodation, but walking might not be convenient.

This is the first time I've encountered a room without toilet paper? It's incredibly eco-friendly, I guess. There was also no hairdryer, but my friend's room had one, so I don't know if they just forgot to put it there. The room's soundproofing was terrible; the dog next door kept barking.

Lovely small resort on talay noi lake. The rooms are spacious and clean with the pool in the middle between the rooms. Nice breakfast.

The host was very kind. We got a coconut as a welcome drink. Breakfast was very welcome after our morning boat trip (100 baht). The host arranged the boat trip for us which was a highlight of our holiday. The boat trip takes you across the bird wetland. We saw many water buffaloes 'grazing' lotus flowers in the water. Swimming pool was excellent and deep for a change.

The hotel was clean. The sheets, room and washrooms were clean. The place is a little far from city type attractions but nearby food and other amenities were available. A Japanese restaurant just diagonally across the road. More than a budget type hotel. Have to take note as April month is relative hot

I was very disappointed with the reception service. The staff were unfriendly, and the check-in process took a long time without providing any information about the hotel or its facilities. However, the location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants nearby.

Overall is okay for me, stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The hotel is easy nearer with the Train Night Market, by car, it only took about 5 mins to go there. The room so far is quite good and also they have the balcony in each room.

I got up in the middle of the night to borrow hot water, a ramen bowl, and a soup spoon, which was very helpful. They said I didn't need to thank them, but I forced them to give me some instant noodles. I only stayed for one day, but I'd definitely like to come back here again.

It is a 5-minute walk from the nearest Phatthalung station. The suburban bus terminal is about 10 minutes by motorbike. The accommodation fee is cheap so you can't expect too much, but the torn sofa is not acceptable.

They unplugged Wi-Fi during mid night and day time when they expected guests were out. Very loud street noise very annoying effect on sleep.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the hotel smelled great. The rooms were similar to Hop Inn. The price was a company contract rate of 550 baht. It's convenient with breakfast options right at the end of the street. I highly recommend it. I was very impressed.

Nothing much to say about this hotel. It delivered against our basic expectations (a clean room with a clean bed and a clean bathroom). The temperature in the room was at 38° when we checked in and it took a loooong time for the air conditioning to lower it down to an acceptable level. Big clean rooms outside of town. The hotel seems to cater for both short- and long-term guest. Rooms are very large with plenty of cabinet and desk space, that could easily be fitted with a microwave or rice cooker for long term stays. The bed was very comfortable, the AC cold, the refrigerator big. Unfortunately the bathroom was not designed well and although it was large, there was no divider wall...

New hotel, inexpensive price but comes with nothing but towels. 2 small bars of soap 1 small bottle of shampoo, 2 bottles of water, other than that such as tea, coffee, kettle, no hair dryer. There are few electrical outlets.

Peaceful area close to train and convenience stores. Room is clean and no insects inside. Great easy uphill hikes and scenic temple areas. Good place to stay if you want to hike every day.

Highly recommend this Hotel if visiting Phattalung. Location is perfect at the foot of the mountain. Very affordable, and the owners are super kind and helpful.. They offer scooter rental for just 300 baht per day

We spent 3 enjoyable nights here in a upstairs room The room was spacious and very comfortable with great views ..of the mountains... great location to visit the hidden temple and caves.. 10 min walk to the train station.. The swimming pool is a highlight for me ...super clean and well maintained with a relaxing area ... Paul the owner is on hand with advance on the area you might need with scooter...

Loved our recent stay here. The owner Paul was great and very helpful. Nice sized rooms and there is also a coffee shop / restaurant on site. Lovely quiet area and lots to do locally if you hire a scooter. 🙏🏻

As other reviewers have wrote the rooms are very different and what you get will depend on your budget. We payed 450 baht a night for a basic room at ground level. It was clean and the bed quite comfortable. Sound insulation however is terrible - you could hear every word from the people next door. Quiet little place about 10 mins walk from Train Station. Very little English spoken by the Staff but with help of Google translate they were very helpful sorting me Taxis to Stadium and to Bus Station.
