A friend recommended this. It was a one night stop on a trip. Quite a little bit unique as it actually is at a football ground. There is also massage and spa and sauna restaurant and an outside area to buy beer. The hotel is fantastic, the location isn’t the best but not too far from the town and local shopping. The only thing I found missing was no hot drink mugs in the room and none available but it has a restaurant on site which is also fantastic!

This is the great hotel for gym rat or athletic person. Large room and cleaned. Excellent gym and trainer also a available to advice you. Stay here include breakfast and unlimited gym pass.

Good accommodation, a little outside of the city. If you don't have a car, it may not be convenient. The bed is very soft. Breakfast is a set meal, ordered in advance. There is a very large fitness center. to be accessible

The accommodation was clean. However, it seemed like there was no small towel in the room to dry your hair. The room was not very soundproof. When other guests walked by the room, especially children, they shouted loudly, which disturbed my sleep a lot. The room was very big and had hot water. It was very convenient to be across from Shangtai.

Value for money. Except only 2 pillows. Everything is perfect though.

The rooms are a good size with modern design elements and amusing touches. The bed and pillows were just right, we slept very well, the bathroom is spacious, clean, the shower just as it should. The staff are pro-active and friendly and the parking space ample. Breakfast is a pleasure (ok, except for fried-to-death eggs). Location is convenient for Central Plaza but for town centre you need a car....

There is a wonderful Breakfast for two every morning, and the Location has scores of food street venders that set up every afternoon, evening, on the surrounding street. Laundry facility less than five minute walk. Friendly, helpful staff. I booked on a travel site, and the room was 20$ or 600 Baht.

We stayed here one night. The hotel was very well located, easily accessible on foot from the train or bus station. The breakfast was fine, as was the room.

Incredible value for money. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially considering we do not speak Thai - they were more than accommodating. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was lovely, we just opted for eggs and toast due to no other veggie options, this was served quickly and again the staff working the breakfast shifts were very welcoming. Thank you!

The room is really nice. If you are not worried about not having a room, you can book it directly at the front desk. It is very convenient to take a taxi wherever you go.

Clean, convenient, easy on the pocket

The proprietress' service is enthusiastic and the room is clean and simple. It is a 10-minute drive from the night market and Queen's Temple. The location is very good. In the morning, you can have free coffee and toast in the lobby on the first floor.

This is my second time staying here because it's very convenient as it's close to the main temple and the train station. I also called the hotel to let them know I would be checking in late.

1. The air conditioner wasn't cool. It cooled very slowly. I had to leave it on all the time, but I had to take a break. Convenient location, good service, good value for money.

The room was clean and hygienic, with a window and a small refrigerator. The environment was a bit noisy due to being close to the road, and car lights could shine through the window. The service was good and the reception was very warm. The equipment and facilities were a bit old, but the price-performance ratio was high, and there was coffee in the morning.

Reasonably priced and ideal for a short stay during inter-province travel. However, our room was located near the elevator, and we could hear it every time it was in use.

The Topland Hotel had many guests, presumably very short term stays, from package tours. Loads of buses came and went. The bed was excellent (very firm) and the bathroom was average. Breakfast was decent with very little kind of bread to choose from, mainly squared white bread. Eggs any style upon request. The hotel is good for very short term stays.

I like this old school hotel design, while it's in good condition. Clean, cozy, simple and nice. Not in the center, but it's ok if you have bike. The only thing I didn't like is a smell of toilet cleaner, it was heavy chemical smell when I opened it.

Very close to terminal 1, this hotel looks a bit old on the outside, but inside it is well made and kept. Large rooms, good and quiet air conditioning, bathroom with separate shower. A breakfast is included, mostly Asian, but very good. Helpful and friendly staff. In a small room there is free coffee and water 24 hours a day.

It’s clouds to my haughtier school, so every time I came to visit her its my choice die the fact is the best in the area. The receptionist doesn’t speak English at all, but nowadays it’s bit a big deal. It’s clean and well maintained so far.

Nice hotel with beautiful renovated rooms but the water of the pool was very dirty. + don't engage reparation at 8am when they are people sleeping in the room next to.

For this price, a simple breakfast should be included. There's no trash can in the bathroom, and you're not allowed to flush tissues down the toilet; you have to take them out and throw them in the trash can in the room.

A stop over before visit to my past teacher in pitsanulok. Prefer the countryside feel compare to city hotel. Beautiful and peaceful. This place was originally established by a doctor for health and wellbeing. Excellent for families with elders and children. Nice hotel right on the big road on the outskirts of town. Great for stopping off for the night. A little old but still very good condition

Clean and big rooms next to a major highway (you will hear trucks and cars drive by all night) with Internet of speeds of 120Mbps download and 30Mbps upload. The AC unit even at lowest fan speed is a bit loud. As others mentioned, you need your own transportation to get to a convenient store or a restaurant.

If you need to catch an early bus, this is a good hotel next to Phitsanulok Bus Terminal 2. The bus station is east of Phitsanulok town, approx. 8 km from the Train Station.

Personally, I think it's okay. The owner is very friendly. The service fee of 400 baht, including the deposit, is very cheap, plus it's an air-conditioned room.
