There is a wonderful Breakfast for two every morning, and the Location has scores of food street venders that set up every afternoon, evening, on the surrounding street. Laundry facility less than five minute walk. Friendly, helpful staff. I booked on a travel site, and the room was 20$ or 600 Baht.

Incredible value for money. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially considering we do not speak Thai - they were more than accommodating. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was lovely, we just opted for eggs and toast due to no other veggie options, this was served quickly and again the staff working the breakfast shifts were very welcoming.

Although the exterior may look like an old hotel, the rooms have been beautifully renovated and have everything a good hotel should have: bright, clean, spacious, air-conditioned, comfortable beds, light switches and sockets at the bedside, and a smart TV! ... The bathroom is just the right size, not cramped, with hot water and bottled soap and shampoo available upon request.

There are two complaints: the bathroom doesn't have a lock, and the elevator is quite slow. Regardless, if I'm in Phitsanulok again, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room is quite compact. The bathroom doesn't have a clear wet zone, but overall it's good. There's a convenience store and a market near the hotel.

I stayed here 4 nights and it was a really nice cheap hotel to stay at. Staff were all nice. Breakfast nothing special but ok. Location is perfect with lots of street food around and the river not too far. Wifi was good. There is a belcony and the room is very clean. I'd reccomend! The restaurant serves nice pizza too!

Not clean. Dust everywhere. Toilet reeked. Some ceiling lights not working. "Balcony" room is actually a room with windows to the busy street, and balcony is just a space outside the balcony door, with anti-pigeon net, zero furniture, no chair, table, nothing. And it's has been cleaned like two years ago, I had to wash my feet after visiting the "balcony", because I was leaving black marks on the floor 🤣 from all that street traffic soot! We complained about the noise and cleaning and were moved to much quieter room with windows from the inner terrace. Much better, but still zero cleaning in the room, dust everywhere. Disgusting slimy wooden sink. Who makes wooden sink? 😑 This property was the only one so far I've been in Thailand I was afraid to walk bare foot in the room to not stain the sheets I sleep on, so it was walking with shoes or cleaning my feet often. The only goods things about this hotel was very friendly staff, great cook in good restaurant downstairs, baking delicious Italian pizza in the oven.

VALUE for MONEY! Definitely a "destination" for a stop-over between the provinces, Pattaya and Chiang Rai. Even though it's a 2 start hotel, the level of service provided consistently by staff make it up to a 3 star regardless of immense multi-tasking.

A Hotel in the city of Phitsanulok. Ambiente okay, the room okay and clean. The wifi is only in the Restaurant good. In the room is the wifi terrible. The breakfast is typical thai. I think can do better.
