The Harmony Ville in Phitsanulok City

I highly recommend staying at The Harmony Ville! 🤩🙌🏻🏨
The location is great, and the rooms are very clean and beautifully prepared! 🛏️When we arrived, the room smelled wonderful! Like flowers!! 🌺🌸💐Every day we received fresh water, shower gel, shampoo, toiletries, and toilet paper🍶🧼🧻 We also got new, clean, soft towels daily. Everything here smell s and look nice, and the room service is available every day (we didn’t need it since we stayed only two nights).

The staff are friendly. The mattress might feel a little bit hard for somebody, but I slept very well 💤 The cotton pillows and cotton bedding were very comfortable and not made of feathers, which was perfect for me as someone allergic to feathers!

The balcony is narrow but quite long, and there is no seating — not a big problem, but adding a couple of small chairs would be great idea. The room has plenty of lights, including inside the wardrobe, which was a pleasant detail. There is also a power socket right next to the bedside table, which I appreciated.

The TV doesn’t have YouTube or Netflix, which is a small downside, but we didn’t really need the TV. We ended up watching some nice National Geographic documentaries (in Thai of course, so we didn’t understand but it was nice) before sleeping, which was actually perfect for nature lovers like us.

A small step down - there is only one chair in the room even though it’s a room for two people. Overall, there is a comfortable two-seater sofa, but still — adding a second chair would be very helpful and welcome. One more chair wouldn’t cost much and would make the room feel more complete, especially since the desk is long and there’s plenty of space. Many hotels in Thailand do this (only one chair for a double room with big desk), but I hope it will change in the future. It's not a mistake or hate for this hotel, I just want to give a real review and help to improve the accommodation. I saw that the staff doing a lot of great work here!

The air conditioning worked perfectly and didn’t have any bad smell! 👌Only good smell👌 Right next to the hotel you’ll find amazing sushi for just 5–10 baht per piece, lots of delicious traditional Thai dishes, and a huge selection of smoothies that you can even mix yourself!! 😋You can also order many great dishes directly to your room at reasonable prices.

We had breakfast included. Breakfast starts at 7 AM and is simple: one toast, two slices of ham, one fried egg, a sausage, two slices of tomato with a very small pieces of lettuce, and a small butter or jam — that’s all (see photos). Tea, coffee, and Milo were self-service with hot water in a thermos. The breakfast was okay, not bad, but could be better. I can imagine a buffet breakfast here — that would be amazing — but I was still happy that I didn’t have to go out early in the morning to find food when I wanted to sleep a bit longer.

You will definitely enjoy your stay here and feel comfortable. If I ever come back to Phitsanulok, I will definitely stay again! Thank you for cozy comfort accommodation! 🙏

Good accomodation

Greeted by two lovely cats at night. Room is spacious and clean as well as the toilet. Bed is quite stiff but is fine. Free breakfast. Worth it for the price.

The location is great, close to everywhere. But there are still several problems, the bed is a bit shaky, the mattress is a bit hard, and the shower pressure is too low, so water came out not strong! But totally, it’s a good choice to stay!

The accommodation was easy and the process was simple. The room was spacious and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also simple. The view from the room was great and it was right next to the river.

The room was large and clean, which was a good value for money. Also, the breakfast was lovely. It would be nice if a hair dryer was equipped in each room.

First time staying here. The usual thai hospitality, Cant do enough to make you welcome.

Overall I was quite happy with my stay here, the personnel was friendly and helpful, the room was quite big and clean, the bath as well, the bed was good and the air conditioning worked to my satisfaction.
I did not get any food here, so I cannot say anything about that.
My two minor complaints are the location, which is okay and not too far from the train station, but there wasn't a lot of things around, and the WiFi, which was somewhat wonky especially on the first day/evening.

Good location, near night market street food. Room is big and cleanliness.
