You get what you pay for. We booked for 11 days. We could have paid double the price at other hotels. The room was clean but tired, in need of some refurbishment. The beds were comfortable and the shower hot and strong. New AC in room that worked well. There was a bottle opener in the bathroom. The only choice of eggs for breakfast was fried, and these were cold as they had stood too long, but on request...

The hotel has been built for a long time. The rooms are very spacious and have balconies. There are many spots of gecko poop on the floor in the room. I told the housekeeper and he came to clean it. The price is not expensive. You can sleep there. It's not scary.

A pleasant stay in a grand old hotel. The hotel lobby is very impressive and staff were friendly and helpful. the room was basic but adequate for our needs; good view over city, comfortable bed, air con worked, warm shower (although shower head height was a bit low). Walking distance from the old city and close to a 7-11. Only watch out is the loud music and noise at night, we were on 6th floor so...

The hotel is a bit old, rooms are oK, but there is a pub on the first floor starting at 12:00 night time, with very very loud music, we could not sleep,

I stayed in this hotel for the second time after many years. Everything was the same as before. There are plenty of parking spaces, suitable for self-driving. The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is rich, the overall environment of the hotel is beautiful, and the garden-style design. The service is warm.

Our family travelled to Prae area for our holiday. We booked this hotel through Trip.com by comparing the hotel quality and value of money. Finally we select this hotel of one single bed and one twin bed room because of the following reasons 1). Cleanliness = 10/10 2). Location = 10/10 3). Room function 9/10 4). Brealfast = 10/10 very good. 5). Value of money 9/10

The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with ample parking. It was about 500 meters from the night market. The breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately, only black coffee was available; other coffee options were plentiful but at an extra cost. The owner seemed serious but was actually quite friendly. My only complaint was that our room, number 15, had a very strong odor emanating from the bathroom...

Modern building with good clean rooms. Order breakfast the night before. Friendly owners.

The hotel is clean, with high ceilings and an open feel. The atmosphere is good and it's close to food sources in the city. Breakfast is available as a set and there are common items to scoop up and eat. The desserts are delicious and the breakfast is very good.

The bed, blankets, and pillows were very soft and comfortable. There was a bathtub, which the kids loved.

1. The elevator is noisy (even though my room was far away). 2. The kettle is not clean. 3. The TV remote is dusty. 4. The bathtub is dusty. 5. The hot water system in the bathtub is dirty, cloudy, and reddish, as shown in the picture. 6. The TV signal is unclear. 7. The bed is soft, and there are 4 soft pillows. 8. There are many electrical outlets. 9. The housekeepers are noisy, shouting and talking...

This hotel is very good. Since booking a hotel in Phrae, I like this one the most. The room looks the most international, not like an old Thai house, and the comfort is more than anywhere else I've stayed in Phrae.

Room is clean & spacious. Bedding & linen is very comfortable with enough pillow support for me. A lot of storage in the room and I like the division between bathroom & bedroom. Breakfast is OK with consideration of pricing. I found it to be good value and feel comfortable with my stay.

The room was nice and clean, although the lighting was a bit dim and orange, making it difficult to do my makeup. However, the location is central, making it convenient for getting around. The reception staff were attentive, helpful, and willing to assist with any issues. The room was spacious and the price was affordable. Overall, I think it was great value for money.

A little out of the way but a fairly nice modern hotel. Great for the price. (350 baht during Covid era).

The rooms are spacious with a big TV. The bathroom could be better. Overall the facilities were satisfactory; although a bit unclean, dusty and outdated but the room was a budget option on Agoda and serves its purpose if you're not fussy.

The hotel is beautiful and large, with good service. The swimming pool should be available for small children as well. There is only a pool for older children. But overall it's good. Breakfast is ok.

A lovely resort hotel in the small city of Phrae. Spacious rooms, a great restaurant with a delicious buffet every meal, quiet, comfortable beds. We went swimming in the big pool and had it to ourselves one afternoon.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. The rooms are looking a little tired and the bed is not the most comfortable but lovely for a short stay. No restaurant at the moment due to the COVID situation.

Friendly hotel close to town centre, with good beds and clean rooms. Everything worked properly, and we had a fridge. Water refills are free and there is tea and coffee available all day in the downstairs kitchen, which is a nice place to sit too. Hotel has bikes you can use, and they can help with car or scooter hire. We really enjoyed staying there

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money.

I checked in and went out first. When I returned to the room, I saw that the blanket had pen marks on it and smelled like it had been used before. I wasn't comfortable with that, as it seemed like the bedding hadn't been changed. I hope the accommodation will check and improve its cleanliness.

Excellent hotel. Big room, all very clean. Free coffee and bananas all day. Motorbike rent, The lady from the hotel is a very nice woman. She even took us to the bus station in the evening. We will be back next year
