It’s a fairly new hotel and the design is on the modern side. This means the electrical wiring is on the wall (inside metallic pipes)and not hidden inside the wall. Also, the room had plenty of electrical outlets.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
The breakfast was very good.
The staff were very friendly. Spoke very good English as well.
The location is pretty good, walking distance to the Friday night market and 4 minutes drive up the road to the Saturday night market.
Definitely recommend!
Only thing worth noting is that the hotel is across or next to the Phrae prison. But the prison walls are super high and I didn’t hear any sounds coming out of the prison during my two nights stay.

I am a 63-year-old retired man from Taiwan. I traveled independently in the northern provinces of Thailand. This hotel I booked in Phrae Province is very suitable for me. The hotel operators are a friendly couple who can communicate in English. They have two children. I saw them while having breakfast and thought they were very smart and they should do well in school in the future. The boss told me I and they have been to Taiwan a few months ago, and I welcome them to visit Taiwan again if they have the opportunity.

I would like to add a food line or fresh coffee. Maybe increase the price per room. There are only 2 bottles of water in the room. I would like to ask for more guests or ask for more.

Comfortable and cozy option in the heart of quaint Phrae, with artistic and minimalist design for the rooms and exterior, and a charming coffee shop attached (where an excellent breakfast is served), and all for a great price. The owners represent wonderful Phrae hospitality and kindness.

There is parking for about 10 cars in front of the accommodation building. There is a gate. The floor is a little hilly. Beautiful building with 2 floors. Walk by stairs. Clean bathrooms and strong water. There is soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels to wipe your head, and a hair dryer. Breakfast is chosen when checking in. Choose 1 thing per person (a little less).

The hotel is located in Phrae city center. It's surrounding with restaurants nearby. Room is new, clean and comfortable. apartment is clean and comfortable. There is sitting area, fridge, hot water pot and television in a room. Shower room and toilet is quite small. Breakfast is served in hotel cafe namely "Hug Mug". It's a la carte menu. One food for one person with coffee, tea and fruit.

This is a beautiful room in a lovely area right in central Phrae. Spacious and cozy, with a cozy sitting area. As other reviewers have mentioned, so the room is best for an individual or a family. Definitely highly recommended!
