Polite staff, large clean room, no on site restaurant, but a lovely place just to the right of the hotel.
Self service laundry next-door.
Only bad thing is the WiFi quality, but Thai e-sims are good and relatively cheap, so no big problem.
Overall I would definitely stay again

Amazing location.moderately busy.Bars, restaurants, 7-11, Laundry, Massage- everything under 5 min walk. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are clean. Air Cons are okay. Water pressure is good. Kettle and Microwaves are only available at the pantry at ground level. Enough parking available. The internet at top floors is a bit slow.

Bathroom is unacceptable especially toilet cover seat super dirty with pee stains and towels are old.

Get a suite at a very cheap price, with a balcony, separate bedroom and small room, sitting and watching TV. There are separate air conditioners in both rooms. and cable TV, separated in 2 rooms, clean room, both bedroom and living room Big bathroom is good. Stay 2 nights for less than a thousand. The room is clean in the alley, not very deep. There is a parking lot in front and behind (the back looks a little scared at night), good service staff. There's a morning coffee room on the ground floor. Press from automatic machine + free toast, self-service open 07.00-10.00 In the room there is free drink. 2 bottles with a set of towels, soap, shampoo bar, 4 hangers, cool air conditioner, comfortable bed with water heater Room on the 2nd floor There is no balcony to hang clothes and the room does not have a kettle. Can come down to request, there is located in front of the counter below the wash The cleaning nozzle is broken, can not press some.
