This hotel is Value for Money, Good Location and suitable for group, family and friends. Hotel has 2 building, Wing A is old building while Wing B is new. Staffs service very good and closely take care all my requested

Good commuting distance to the local area with a good discount rate for the first time visitor which be able to use a nice swimming pool for adults and children as well as gym and expanding 2 more new buildings connected to

I attended a seminar. The food and services provided by the hotel was excellent. The seminar hall was big. The air conditioner was little too cold. The bathroom was on 2nd and 3rd floor.

A fairly new hotel with spacious comfortable rooms, great facilities and serving a decent breakfast. The place is quiet, the staff are great and it's just 10 minutes from the beach.

It's value for money hotel with nice staffs and clean room located on the main street. However, it seems to be Business hotel.

For 800 baht it's really worth it. over that you have better options. Overall it's clean and spacious and well located

Suitable for lovers of a quiet beach. When there are few guests, you will have a lot of privacy. The pool is kept clean and clean, very nice to play. Poet restaurant on the beach, comfortable chairs in many corners

Clean rooms, new paint, quiet, near the night market, walk to eat, right in the middle of the city.

The only downsides were the short water outlet at the sinks and whirlpool, no cupboard, table and chairs, a sideboard (but you have to sit on the floor), and the whirlpool initially had deposits in the jets (we had them set off)

Staff were fantastic, grounds were lovely. Yes some parts needed updating but this is a family run establishmenr who really took the effort to look after us. Breakfast was excellent quality with omlettes made to order

We had a room with a whirlpool, a beautifully landscaped garden, two pools with loungers (one with a children's section and a sand bottom – very pleasant), towels (order from lobby), good breakfast, parking available, the owners have several friendly, affectionate dogs, mainly Collies and Huskies, very nice staff, hairdryer and kettle in the room, fast Wi-Fi, large flat-screen TV

Resort is quiet, with beach across the road, 7 Eleven and a few seafood restaurants down the road

Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were exceptional and very attentive to small details. Plenty of parking and the Fitness and pool were really good compared to most hotels of equal standing

At least the air conditioning was very good. On a positive note, the gym and swimming pool were excellent and very well maintained, which I greatly appreciated

The hotels gymm star fitness is fabulous they have steam room sauna (ask reception to turn on 20 minutes before use) and a generious sized swimming pool

Finally the access from the main roads to this hotel is pretty poor from Google maps and I was directed through Lotus s car park to name one. Overall I had a great stay and we are planning to return in the future

One aspect I found inconvenient was the outdated room key system, using a large plastic block with a traditional key felt cumbersome, and a more modern solution would greatly enhance the guest experience

Over the last 20 years I have stayed in several hotels in Rayong. I learned 5 years ago there is only one outstanding place to stay in Rayong. The rooms are spacious and clean

Swimming pool was a bit small but it was rarely in use, always sunbeds available

Nice clean rooms, buffet breakfast was also very nice. Big improvement over the cold eggs and hot dogs the other reorts in the area serve. Also has a small gym with some free weights and a couple machines

Very clean and friendly Business Hotel. Beautiful rooms, perfect size and bathroom very well. All you need to stay for 1-3 days here in Rayong. Some good restaurants nearby in walking distance

Breakfast buffet is included and taste very well. Aircondition works well and with reasonable noise. Not so loud as in some other hotels. If you choose you will not be disappointed

Breakfast was a little disappointing, only premade fried eggs and no papaya :( Refills were quite slow, instead the staff were cleaning tables when the room was almost empty. Fitness room had two ACs and OK equipment

Also the cleanliness of the room was spotless. The swimming pool was nice and clean. Not a lot of people using the pool though. We also liked the hotel bar, food was good

Rooms were decent, and having a balcony was a nice bonus. The pool is a good size, and the price is reasonable, so overall, we can’t complain.

The location of this hotel is quite good. It is located in the main road (Sukhumvit rd. The nearby mall is Passione Mall which is possible to go by walk. The pool is good but quite dark in the night time

Very kind parking attendant and receptionists. Has a separate toilet room with a japanese style automated toilet. Very big bathtub and also has a shower. The TV is smart tv so my son was able to watch youtube and netflix

Beautiful room, loved the staff( not great English but could get what we wanted with translate app). Pool was lovely, gym well equipped. A bit difficult to drive to, due to no u-turns close but we figured it out

This hotel is located in the very nice spot, there is a night market right in front of the building where we could find some nice and tasty food. The hotel's room is kept clean and spotless

Nice hotel,not bad breakfast. We paid just a bit more to get the grand deluxe room in Agoda. Big car park at front and back hotel. Every thing is ok, worth the price.

The door lock wouldn't open when I was checking out, but thankfully it was repaired and replaced quickly.

Families enjoy the children's pool and playground, while adults love the outdoor pool. It is a nice place, and I really like the tiramisu from the cafe.

Many recreational facilities may be close to the wild, and there are insects in the rooms. You have to go through mountain roads to get there. Be careful when returning to the hotel at night

Pluses were great A/C , hot water on demand and great wifi.   The 2 hotel dogs and three cats were friendly but not intrusive. Except for the cat that tried to take over my towel on the pool lounger🤣

I stayed not first time, everything is fine, have big parking, swim pool is available, rooms are bigger than another hotels, tired furniture and some door lockers but a big good bed and tv/refreeze/table/aircond

Some cleaning of the tile sides would make a huge difference. When I asked about pool towels was told ‘ only two towels per room’, so no extra towels available for the pool

It was charming enough to make me think about coming back and staying for a day or two  The pool area was lovely but the pool circulation only kept the deep end clean

The hotel is quite old, and the quality is just average for the price. The shower pressure is weak, and there's no toothbrush or toothpaste provided; you have to pay to buy them.

Beautiful small hotel with swimming pool at the back. It’s located near the Industrial area of Rayong. Rent is nearly 25$ per room. There is a small gym as well if you want to continue your exercise.

We were very fortunate to visit Platinum Hotel because it was the owner of the hotel who gave us the tour around the place. The place is amazing and it's cozy to stay in. I recommend this to all of you folks.

I found that the bed was very soft and appropriate for my sleep. What is more, the bed is super so big. Recommend anyone to stay here, and I will come here again if I have a chance in the future

It is a good location as it is located near convenient store, restaurants , pharmacy, and cafe. Additionally, the room was superb with super clean environment

It is tucked into a field but still walkable to the beach, and my what a sight the sea was that weekend! The whole place has a distinct character with mix-and-match decor & furnitures, but they all come together quite well and the overall ambience is one of coziness

I recently had a a martial arts seminar there and it was awesome. Big rooms with a nice pool and area just outside the room. Great fresh breakfast in the morning

Don't fret if you forgot reading materials, they have a library there too! What makes the place standout the most though, isn't all of the above I've mentioned, but rather the hospitality and sincerity the retreat hosts - Carol & Dennis - show to each of their guests

The place has lots of fun activities to do and has many cute animals. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back! :)

There is a small dining area and pool above the lake where the reception and office is. Although I didn’t make use of the pool, I feel this could be a fantastic way to spend some time and truly relax

The rooms surround what can be described as a mini nature reserve. There is large and beautiful pond that forms the central feature, and one could argue creates the entire mood and theme of the resort

The pond has some incredible black swans that glide about gracefully and to sit on the balcony of your room and take in all of this beauty is really quite wonderful

The overall design is unique, and your attention is drawn down to the lake and the abundance of trees and foliage. You feel that you are in some jungle hideaway
