Great hotel if you need a place to sleep, air con works, and free wifi all for a few hundred bhat per night, can't fault it, the food is your typical great Thai food, and its very good value.
Lovely staff, stayed there about 20 nights between July and September last year using it a base to Travel around whilst waiting for the family house to be completed.
There is not much to do in the Town, but its a good base for touring central and northern Thailand with excellent Road links. Chang Mai - 3-4 hours north driving sensible speeds, Phisankhalok 1-2 hours depending on roads. Or take the slow road to Chang mai 4-5 hours (101 and 11) for spectacular views and some of the best road side stalls in all of Thailand.
Sukhothai Airport, 20-40 mins away.
Conveniently located between both National Parks both Sukhothai (50 min) and Si Satchanalai historical park (20 mins) close by car.
Market day on Saturday's worth a visit, as is walking up to soi 8 early evening to catch a bite to eat.
Free parking, Fantastic staff, Free Wifi, can't complain for the price. Great hotel for the price, its not your 5 star resort, there are non in sawankhalok, its just damn good value with lovely staff.

Cheap price starting at 400 clean rooms available. but the room doesn't keep sound heard the sound of the officer from outside entering the room

Simple but good for the price. Don't expect any luxury. Just a clean room, a shower and a bed.

Cheap standard hotel, 350 THB. Noisy from the street in the day time but quite at night. Sawankhalok is a quiet city

Have been at saengsin Hotel 10-15 times over the years since 2008
The Hotel are a simple place - rooms are good clean with Fan and A/C

You get what Youn pay for - but still good place
Service are good and high
Lovely staff at the reception and the Cafe
All with low prices
English skills not the best - but the Thai smile helps
