Nice and clean hotel but we stayed only one night after long drive we need a good sleep but we can’t sleeping because of the noise the dogs barking and the hotel it not have a good insulation of the noise we can hear it also the staff is talking quite loud.

I visited Thailand with an organized group. Our Thai guide took us here for a night. This place is PARADISE, I have no other way to describe it. Highly recommended for nature lovers! At night, you can hear the sounds of the animals living around the huts. A wonderful experience! I would love to go back in the future.

Very well laid out. We had a suite which was huge and quiet. Note to GM, if you want to increase your rating, increase attention to detail, are all the lightbulbs working? Are any of the salt & pepper shakers blocked, are all the bulbs warm white or have you accidentally replaced some with daylight white? do your staff have ashtrays hidden around the grounds? The hotel is old, but it was magnificent in its day, even hosting royalty. The rooms are spacious, and while the facilities are a bit dated, they are far superior to the small, air-conditioner-less rooms you'd find in other hotels at the same price point. We booked this about 30 min before showing up on Agoda, and had no problems checking in. Then pool was open so I could float around after a long day of riding. This hotel is quite run down. We can't complain much and must show our gratitude because we booked it very last minute and during Thailand's long weekends, everywhere is fully occupied and here is the only place we could find and need to be detoured 80km to reach here so that we won't sleep in the car.

During my round trip thru Thailand, my best hotel. Sally I was here only for one night. But breakfast was perfect. Beds are perfect. The rooms (houses) are cute and lovely. The massage was one of the best I had this trip. It was the first time I had a good night rest.

Lovely Resort, good restaurant and friendly staff

The room is nice and the environment is exceptionally good. I've stayed here three times already, and I choose it every time I visit.

I would like to highlight their massage and the highly trained and professionalism showed by their masseuses. They perform a very relaxing massage, letting you decompressed and get a good rest. The views and the pool fulfill the idea that you have in mind when you come to Asia, so it doesn’t disappoint!

Nice Hotel. Pleasant stay. We liked the room & would have liked to be able to use the balcony. Unfortunately, water-filled pot plants & the adjoining rice fields meant there were a lot of mosquitoes as well as bird droppings & mess from the roosting pigeons. This hotel is great value for money large clean room. The bed was a little firm clean pool. The only drawback I could find was the step down in the room of about 50 MM’s which was a trip hazard. I only did it once.

It's a hotel with a very resort feel. It's clean, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel is in Xincheng, a bit far from the historical park. This is a bad point. Everything else is good. When going to the historical park by car, you should use Grap. Tutu randomly shouts prices. More expensive than grap.

Hotel in Sukhothai New Town. Although it is a villa type resort hotel, there is a 7-Eleven right next to it. It takes about 5 minutes to cross the bridge to the weekend night market. I haven't been there, but I hear that the attached cafe is also highly rated.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Sukhothai Historical Park, but still within reasonable distance. Given that the sidewalks aren't in the best condition, taking a Grab might be more comfortable. This is a small, family-run hotel, which contributes to its very friendly atmosphere, and the staff speak English. They offer bike rentals, though at 180cm tall, I found them a bit small. Overall, excellent! The bedding was clean, and the interior felt fresh and well-maintained. My only very minor quibble would be with the large shower head, which didn't spray water properly. Definitely recommend.

Hotel with many rooms with minimal services. Look like normal guesthouse.

Although the facilities weren't top-notch, they had everything you'd expect, and at around 500 baht, it was considered quite good. Each room had a balcony, and it wasn't far from the city center. Toothbrushes and toothpaste weren't provided, but they were sold at the counter. There was a breakfast bar; it wasn't extensive, but at least there was some, and it was complimentary, which was great.

The hardware is a bit older, but it's relatively clean, has good transportation, and is cost-effective.

Fabulous! Have stayed here twice before. but first time in a Villa. Absolutely beautiful  & so luxurious . Everything we needed & would happily recommend.

Hotel staff is super good . The only problem I met is that , when the spa staff bring a blanket to the room and cover on the bed , that blanket is really dirty. We order 2 rooms and both did spa. After doing spa , we all had rashes.

We loved this authentically Thai hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was the best so far on our trip around Thailand. It’s slightly shabby but that kinda adds to its charm! The breakfast was pretty standard fruits, toast and choice of cooked eggs. Overall the service was really lovely.

The hotel is very classic. It offers a great location, free bike to borrow, great staff service, good yummy breakfast with nice bar. Only one thing I don’t like is the smell from toilet.

Super friendly staff with excellent location. The resort is a bit past its prime but still very functional and pretty. The only downside is the price which is a bit too high (around 100€/night). It is awesome that the quests can use the bikes freely. Breakfast is great. We even got a room upgrade for free which is always appreciated.

This resort is a two-story building with a total of 18 rooms. It seems quiet and deserted due to the small number of guests staying there. In the morning, we had a western-style breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is about 2 km from the historical park and dining options. Bicycles can be rented opposite the resort at 40 baht per day.

The price is reasonable. The location is good, quiet, and clean. The staff are a bit grumpy and not very welcoming.

Overall it is very good, except that the pillow is too high, it is worth recommending, very convenient and close to the scenic spot

Very quaint and cozy home stay. Rooms were roomy, comfortable and decorated with class. Very nice area by the river to eat, have conversations, games and of course we did karaoke!!! Tong is an amazing and dinner and breakfast were delicious. Wish we could have stayed for her Thai cooking class even though I know very little fresh. Thank you Tong for such a lovely stay. ❤️❤️❤️

One of the best experiences that we've had in a "maison d'hôtes". The owner of the place, Tong, was so lovely from the beginning, making us feel like home. They cooked for us delicious food and we could feel like havimg the thai lofe for some hours. The location of the house it's a little bit like a dream. We will for sure comeback

Very interesting and peaceful experience in this small countryside village situated at 20 km from the historical Sukhothai. The Happiness Resort was very lovely. The host, Dee, was welcoming and kind. She arranged a 2am ride for us to Phitsanulok and the driver was great and super reliable! Her cooking is lovely as well. The space is beautiful with many flowers and it is very tranquil.

There wasn't a terrace or balcony in where I stayed but with the price I paid for, it was good enough.
