Very well laid out. We had a suite which was huge and quiet. Note to GM, if you want to increase your rating, increase attention to detail, are all the lightbulbs working? Are any of the salt & pepper shakers blocked, are all the bulbs warm white or have you accidentally replaced some with daylight white? do your staff have ashtrays hidden around the grounds? I suggest you walk around every location and notice these things…. I didn’t see you anywhere…

No hot water to the room, flagged to reception and wasn’t fixed. Flagged it to reception again and then it was fixed so out of the three nights we only had hot water one night. WiFi was poor and gym isn’t open until later in the day. Wouldn’t recommend how

Nice and clean hotel but we stayed only one night after long drive we need a good sleep but we can’t sleeping because of the noise the dogs barking and the hotel it not have a good insulation of the noise we can hear it also the staff is talking quite loud.

I visited Thailand with an organized group. Our Thai guide took us here for a night. This place is PARADISE, I have no other way to describe it. Highly recommended for nature lovers!
At night, you can hear the sounds of the animals living around the huts.
A wonderful experience!
I would love to go back in the future.

Absolutely exceptional and truly luxurious from start to finish. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful and thoughtfully designed for total relaxation. Very recommended to explore the back of the structure where the fields and ponds are: a cool and magical experience to be being taken to watch fireflies in their ecosystem and lotus blooming in the ponds. Unforgettable. The massage offered in the structure deserves special praise: the therapist was highly skilled and the experience was deeply relaxing, making you leaving completely refreshed. The main pool was nice and elegant, large and it got jacuzzi side pools. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Every detail of the stay felt intentional and well cared for. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. This structure is a perfect choice for anyone seeking tranquility, elegance and unforgettable stay in Sukhothai.

Shuttle service is fantastic. And watching the fireflies with Daniel a truly magical experience

We enjoyed our breakfast.didnt have time to try spa. Price is 800TH. Per hour for thai massage. Quite expensive compare to other hotels.
There is starbucks at Lobby with 30% off on all menus but we didnt try.
The complimentary drinks and snacks in in room snacks bar are free, we liked the banana chips.

We love the bath tub!

Reception staff was attentive and bell boy is helpful too.

Housemaids were loud. Yelling talking on walkie talkie and also checking their water bottles or anything that we heard the bottles clanking a lot even in early morning. The noise is outside of our room but the maid door was just right opposite our room.
The room was not soundproof.
We can hear every single talk since 7:30 continuously until 9:00 am.

The room was having no pre-check in check up. There are bugs inside the toilets around bath tub.
The aircon was dripping when turn on cold temperature.
