Excellent place to stay. Excellent stay! Very friendly staff and they went way beyond accommodating to make sure we were looked after! Breakfast and lunch available at coffee bar. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff is fluent in English, Thai, and Burmese. They're very helpful and courteous. The area is quite close to neighborhood cafes and teashops for dining. Onsite restaurant offers a good choice of fruit juices, hot drinks, and meals. For some reason, during my stay, I couldn't get hot water from the tap or in the shower -- it's not a big deal since it's in a hot region and a cool shower is preferable...

Centrally located. Noisy at times, but within walking distance of several cafes, 7-11 store, big night market. Rooms were OK and kept very clean. Air con, TV, wifi. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. An excellent value. We would come back to this hotel.

A very oriental heritage ambience. Clean and homely, lovely family run with great hospitality. Loved it very much.

Try to check in before 10pm. Other than that it’s pretty quiet and peaceful.

The rooms were lovely, each with a small verandah and a canopy bed. The area around the hotel has small shops and restaurants. Delicious breakfast options were included with the room price. I’d recommend this hotel.

Staff are friendly, room is clean, regularly supplies toiletries. Breakfast is basic but good enough. Kinda off the main road so it really offers a peaceful and secure place to stay. It is accesible to transportation or you can walk for a few meters to the main road to get a ride.

My stay at MaeSot Siri is like a homey vibe. I enjoyed staying there especially I like quiet surrounded areas.

We got a room downstairs close to stairs and the air conditioner was very loud. Couldn’t sleep all night 😵💫

The hotel is not bad, not difficult to find, with complete basic facilities, clean and tidy, and decent. There is also a temple nearby to visit. You don't have to go too far to eat, and the location is good

Clean and affordable place for solo traveller

There's no hot water for showering in the room; a girl definitely couldn't stand it, it's too cold.

First time here, very impressed. Clean, friendly staff, and most importantly, the owner is very friendly. It's very shady. If I come to Mae Sot again, I will stay here.

The TV was broken so I couldn't watch it. But it was cute and funny. Breakfast was boiled eggs and bread, so I didn't eat any. I left right away. 😆

We had one of the bungalows, which was more than adequate in terms of size and amenities for our four nights. It was nice that we could sit outside on the small terrace in the evenings. The staff was very helpful, although unfortunately, they didn't speak English. But with Google Translate, it somehow worked.

Lovely little bungalow in a quiet, secluded little resort. Best shower we’ve had so far after 3 weeks in Thailand travel around. Incredibly helpful and friendly lady running the resort. We arrived very early after an overnight bus and she let us check in straight way. she also sent a taxi to the bus station when we were leaving as we had left a bag behind by accident.

Very good hôtel, staff frendly, all is perfect

We stayed at the resort for two weeks. We have never met a staff as wonderful, kind and helpful. They also have a nice swimming pool. Thank you Wattana for a great stay 🙏

Peaceful place. Comfy rest away from the city's hussle. Swimming pool is a cool advantage. Good for conferences and retreats. A lot of parking spaces. But for family's or friend's events, this needs more facilities.

Nov 2024: Stayed here for several days. Remote location that's far from the Mae Sot town proper. The room where I stayed was large but really needs a makeover. It was a business trip though so I had no choice but to stay here. There's not much to do here.

Best Resort all around Mae Sot. Good Vibes, kind Staff and owner. They are allways doing everything to make they costumers happy. The Rooms are very confortable and the food is delicious. Some costumers should play up and should treat this place and these people with more respect!

We have visited here several times and found it used to be a perfect get-away, but this time as we walked to our room, we noticed that the pool was green. Upon closer inspection, we could not see to the bottom even in the shallow end. When we got to our room the walls were so thin that the people in the next room sounded like they were in our room. The staff was gracious to move us to another section...

If there will be a great wedding or other event, their service will be the worst for you. Beds are too small.

Breakfast is surprisingly good.

New hotel, the superior rooms are pretty small, the door to the balcony could not be opened, beds were ok, breakfast was excellent, the swimming pool gets no sunshine and was very cold, not many people in the hotel, but very noisy around midnight and at 5 am in the morning, all the guests seemed to stay on the same floor - strange

Very nice hotel in Maesot with friendly staff. The room was very clean comfortable. Breakfast was great. Also, the hotel has a very nice pool and gym.

For the service at this hotel, I would deduct some points. Despite being two to three times more expensive than nearby hotels, the front desk made no effort to retain guests. For example, there was no help with carrying luggage during check-in or check-out. In addition, when I requested a late checkout of just 15 minutes more, it was not allowed, and I was told that if I stayed even five minutes past...

Hotel located close to the center of this small city. Be careful because the English name location of the hotel in Google map is wrong . The hotel location with Thai name is accurate . This is a small soi which can be reached directly from the main road. Small bungalows style very clean with private terrace. There is even a bathtub .
