Delio Boutique Hotel in Udon Thani City

We arrived and were greeted, given our rooms. However, one of the room had strong damp smell, and a while later the keycard to that room didn’t work, so the hotel moved us to the room next door - no damp small in this room. Later on, at 22.30 the water drainage pipe under the sink exploded (by itself without us touching it), the water was leaking everywhere in the room and we called the hotel. The girl arrived shortly saying that the maintenance staff would come while they didn’t after about 15 minutes, so the girl moved us again to another room. The hotel girl did apologise to us at the end for the inconvenience and said she would give us a voucher or something to compensate for the inconvenience. However, upon our check-out, the male staff didn’t aplogise or follow up with this matter. I did ask the male staff if there was anything else and he simply said no. 




While the night girl staff was nice about the whole situation. The communication amongs the hotel staff was lost. The room wasn’t in great condition, as a result, we had to move to another room several times while we were supposed to be in bed. No phone call was made to us to follow up about the experience. I would have given a higher score if there had been a follow-up from the hotel.
