Good service and location, near to the morning local market

The accommodation is inexpensive, but some facilities are in disrepair. The TV in our room wasn't working. We booked two rooms; one didn't have a door latch, while the other did.

Sunee Boutique Hotel 🏢 Convenient to travel, spacious parking, about 2 km from Uttaradit Bus Terminal. It takes only 7 minutes by car or motorcycle.
And only 1.5 km from Uttaradit Railway Station.
Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. But you can leave your bags in the lobby first 😊 Or if you want to check out, after checking out, you can leave your bags in the lobby as well. No additional charge
Facilities at Neeme include air conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator and WiFi signal.
There are free bicycles for customers to ride around the city. There is a morning market nearby, Khlong Pho Market, which takes only 2-3 minutes to ride a bicycle.
The receptionists are friendly, helpful and recommend tourist attractions very well. This hotel does not have a Welcome Drink, no tea or coffee, only 2 bottles of drinking water per room / per night.

The room was very nice, very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. The breakfast is not very delicious, but it is not bad. You can choose from a variety of set meals per person.

There is nothing boutique about this hotel.
Location: It's right next to the footsal field that people play until late at night and the opposite site is a temple. Very noisy.
The bathroom is old and tiles was dirty. Sheets and towels are old and yellow. AC unit outside is very loud. No side bed lamp.
I got bed bugs bite all over.

I came to visit a patient, so I looked for a place to stay nearby. The price was good. The room was very big. There was an early check-in fee of 200 if you arrive before the check-in time. It was in an alley, a bit deep. If you have a car, it would be very convenient.

If you are looking for a budget lodging and somewhere peaceful, this is a good choice. It is located away from the main road. This also means you need to walk about 10 minutes to find food, unless you order by Grab or have your own transport.
There is a school and a vast old temple compound in front of the hotel. You can Google to find photos of the vicinity.
There is a soccer pitch behind the hotel, so request for the other rooms not facing it if you want a more quiet place. Free coffee is available - DIY service.
Overall, value for money and a good option to avoid the crowd and noise.
