HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, unacceptable behaviour from the staff due to the hotel being over booked. BE warned to avoid! 🗣
Sharing the experience for the sole purpose that others won't hopefully have to experience the outrageously bad customer service and threathening and aggressive behaviour.

We arrived to the accommodation at 7.30pm after travelling with a car all day, having tried to call the property various times in the past hours to confirm they have received our booking through Hotels.com as the payment had been processed already. Straight away after arriving to the hotel a frustrated man came to talk to us stating that the hotel is fully booked. We showed him our booking confirmation and he stated that he had had six other people arriving today with bookings done online and them not being able to accommodate due to the hotel being fully booked. He then proceeded to call his "brother" and said he could help us with a refund in an hour as he was busy just then. We spoke to the man on the phone and both of them demanded us to cancel the booking with hotels.com and refused to give us a refund. The man at the hotel site started to act aggressively blaming that the fault was ours and none of their problem. He started aggressively pointing his finger inside of our car and as the situation started to get heated we decided to leave and contacted booking site for a refund. The area itself was not nice and definitely not worth +40€/ night. After leaving the place to find another accommodation for the night, checking to see that the owner of this accommodation had still not closed the bookings on various websites. When I contacted the booking site for a refund they mentioned they had tried to contact the owner of the property many times to solve the matter without an answer.
