It’s old hotel don’t have 5 star facilities like a 5 star hotel water also need to payed . But rooms are really cheap

Charming looks with that Arab post-classic design.
It has the looks of what might have been a great hotel around 1970’s to the late 90’s, But it’s dated and things hardly work… you can clearly see the lack of investment on newer facilities.
The cleanliness it’s ok but… I don’t think we can say “it’s Tunisia”… when you have 4* and it’s an international rate, if you wanna do the talk you must walk the…
Some staff is very kind others like the receptionists are not the most friendly and not the most helpful… in fact very entitled…
The food although was tasty the diversity was not there and as everything else very very dated…. Poorly structured Buffets were they don’t even bother removing the plastics wrappings
Overall was mediocre experience with some disappointing dialogues from some of the staff, dated and for the experience clearly expensive having all that in consideration and personally I would not comeback.
Nevertheless I have to admit that some of the staff was nice enough for me to come out without a totally negative feeling from the experience.

Avoid hotels that cannot be cancelled. Do not make reservations unless necessary. Otherwise, you will lose money without negotiation. Hotel business in Tunisia is very slow now. You can find accommodation in minutes.

Nice pool and lobby. But i don't like food. And paying for water in restaurant is miserable for 4**** hotel. Garden is nice, many palms. Sahara is very close.
