⚠️ Food intoxication multiple times No wifi in the rooms, only at the reception (if there's not too much people), you have to pay the water even if you paid for dinner and the food was cold when we got there later in the night. ! Also had different people with a FOOD INTOXICATION, so be careful... Rotten apples are also served, so some people of our group finally decided to not eat dinner anymore, even if it was paid for, and do their own groceries and eat yoghurt from Carrefour and they didn't get sick anymore... Rooms were very nice, as well as the staff. We are now on our way to a clinic because of a severe food intoxication... Update: We had to stay the whole week at the hospital since it was so severe and Booking contacted the hotel, but they didn't want to do anything about it.

This hotel was used by the tour company. Very opulent but may have seen better days. Amazing pool and lots a quiet spots to sit and converse with associates and friends in the hotel and outside in the garden across the street. Buffet dinner offered many choices but breakfast buffet was more limited. Rooms are decent. You know it is an older place when you see a bidet in the bath area. Hot water was limited for the shower. Shampoo, small amount of body wash and soap offered in bathroom.

Nice and big hotel, good for 1-2 night, the staff is friendly. The interior looks good, the pool also. One part of the hotel - rooms 300- has no elevator and internet is working around the reception, not in the rooms.

Not recommended. A 5-star hotel that only deserves 3 stars. Clean but outdated and no internet in the room. I have a bad memory of spending a sleepless night with my family because of a wedding held at the hotel that lasted until 1:30 a.m. without any prior notice from management at check-in. The reception staff didn't react at all despite our complaints. The buffet was mediocre, with neither quality nor choice. Too expensive for such a hotel. How can a 5-star hotel lack soundproofing? I wonder how it got 5 stars; an audit and a review of its star rating are necessary for this hotel.

It was nice to have a large pool. We stayed in mid-September, but Tozeur is still hot in September, so it was great to be able to relax by the pool in the hottest part of the afternoon.
The dinner menu was a little lacking in variety, so I hope it could be improved a bit. However, September is the off-season in Tozeur, so perhaps that can't be helped.
The room was spacious and nice.

A very modern and comfortable hotel in the center of Tozeur, within walking distance of all the main sights. The evening buffet is plentiful and offers everything you could want, and it's reasonably priced for a hotel in this range. The breakfast buffet is also excellent.

Only spent 1 night with a friend totally spectacular quite organized and clean establishment, ALL staff were very welcoming helpful and kind.

Everything was perfect: comfort, cleanliness, service, location, warm welcome, and the magnificent swimming pool was a huge bonus, all in a truly idyllic setting.

Furthermore, Tozeur is an incredible city with lovely and welcoming inhabitants—a must-see!

This hotel is resting on its past laurels. Looking long in the tooth and is in bad need of a revamp. The bathroom is the biggest problem, way too dark! There needs to be higher wattage light bulbs in the ceiling and a light fixture over the bathtub is of major importance. The top sheet on the bed only comes half way down the mattress, the sheets and pillow cases are rough and scratchy, the pillows are hard and the towels are thin. I asked for kleenex to go in the opening in the bathroom shelving/cupboard front and they said they don’t do Kleenex anymore and gave me a roll of toilet paper instead. The hallway is very noisy with people walking by talking. The doors are too thin, not sound proofed. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. I am looking forward to checking out.
