It is quiet, conveniently located on the main road, but a bit far from the medina/.hisyorical centre. The staff is very nice, it is clean, the room was spatious, but no kettle or cups to.make tea in the room. there is no wifi at all. in theory the wifi is only near the reception, bu it is not functioning at all. The restaurant offers no single vegeterian meal, but breakfast is good. the hotel is much overpriced for what it offers

Haven't even arrived at this hotel and I'm already exhausted from their awful customer service.
Their booking dot com page has an email address which doesn't work. When I contact them via the app itself I get an automatic reply saying I should email a second address, which also doesn't work.
The hotel doesn't have WhatsApp either. And the number on the booking listing doesn't work (le numéro est désactivé). Unreachable. Horrible experience.
All I wanted was to ask for help with how to get from a nearby town to Tozeur and to see about arranging guided tours. Now I haven't even arrived and I already hate this hotel.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Another perfect reflection of the state of the country.
- 2h waiting for checkin.
- December 2024 and they got no wifi.
- walls are made of paper, you can hear everything happening outside like the cars passing bye, others 2 floors above you talking, music of the security guard..
- no batteries in the ac’s remote controller.
- piss stained toilets.

First at this hotel you gotta pay for every thing(water.juices.....)second th e bathroom is awful. Dirty.nasty.and the bedroom is without a balcony .Now listen to this mesirable story when our agency got-out from this hotel w'evben poinsed . The food sucks.spoiled and the choice of it is limited. There is no elevator .lastly the water in the bathroom doesn't work well.

The restaurant is very small so it fits crowded very easily the bathroom doors don't shut what makes it very unconformable the workers aren't very welcoming no animations at night small reception no WiFi No balconys salads are served cold you only have two hours to eat no free food or drinks you have to pay for water at dinner!!!!!

The hotel definitely should be rennovated. Everything there are old. Also, directions should be made more clear. It is difficult to navigate your room.

For the rooms this good but the problem for the fridge does not work no room storage this which does not suit me more but the rest in terms of gastronomy this at the top the swimming pool is not filled to the top it is filled with leaves not clean frankly it deserves 3 stars not 4 but for the location it is close to everything

I recommend this hotel. The staff are adorable and caring. The buffet is good, something rare in the area. The rooms are comfortable. Very pleasant stay
