One of the best hotels view, Staff so friendly especially restaurants and bar, Food quality should be better as they use bad oils in cooking and salads and should have more variety. Rooms should be cleaner and they have to take care about cleanliness as we ask a lot to send us somebody to do daily clean basis. Kids activity are very good. Swimming pool is nice and the beach is good.

My thoughts about the hotel are as follows, the hotel manages to impress everyone with its view. At the same time, it is very nice that the employees was interested, the food was delicious, there was many activities and the price of the hotel is affordable. I recommend everyone to go and taste this experience

F&B manager was rude to customers and staff. Everything else was fine. Thanks a lot for everything.

This place is absolutely nasty. Dirty hair and dried up blood on the pillows, dust everywhere, mold in the shower. The spa is a joke. Save your family's vacation and find some other place because you'd be better off sleeping in a trashcan.

We paid extra for a more luxurious room that it was not. The room needs updating. The service & food were good. The views out of the hotel are stunning.
