We were very disappointed, the playground was disgusting, I even tried to wipe so my daughter can stay but they went black and couldn't take all dirt off. Just spend one week in orka Lotus beach hotel and I’m very, very satisfied… Great location, lovely atmosphere,delicious food and views made a huge impression on me and my family, rooms very comfortable and clean with A/C. The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.
