This resort is advertised as 5-star, but in reality it feels more like a 4-star at best. The sunbed policy was frustrating. Staff confirmed that reserving beds with towels is not allowed and even admitted it’s an ongoing issue. The location and rooms are very nice. The reason why I am rating the hotel is due to very poor breakfast and over crowded beach area. Breakfast buffet is not rich at all , ı cannot say continental :( and out first day the bread and coffee were finished. Totally great hotel on so many levels! Inner courtyard and pool are beautiful with wonderful climbing flowers! The room is also great! Very big, clean and well laid out room with a nice view of both the city and the garden with big patio. The staff were SO helpful and nice. This is a quaint hotel near there water. The rooms are plain but clean. When we were there the pool wasn't swimmable but technically we were off season. The breakfast was great. The location is nice. You can't really walk from the hotel to the beach as there is an empty lot and fence between the hotel and the water. But it is a short walk.

VERY PLEASANT I have spent three nights in the hotel with my children and we had a fantastic stay. The staff (a family) was so welcoming and helpful. The place was clean, cosy, quiet and comfortable. We came here every day during the holiday to swim in the summer house. Mr. Ömer was very attentive in the beach section. We had a very enjoyable holiday thanks to him. We especially thank him very much. Definitely recommended for beach use in Gündoğan.

In terms of value for money, this is the best resort in Gündoğan. The staff, systems, menus, and customer base seem to be the best. The menu is extensive, and the prices are definitely not astronomical. I came with my daughter and my family. They also offer water sports, and they are very professional. We hope to return next year.

Excellent petite clean hotel with very polite staff and unbelievable view particularly if you happen to get the suite room on the 3rd floor. This boutique hotel is literally located immediately by the sea in Gündoğan Bodrum along the seawalk and has its own pier where you can sunbathe, eat/drink or jump directly into the sea to swim and cool off.
