This resort is advertised as 5-star, but in reality it feels more like a 4-star at best. The sunbed policy was frustrating. Staff confirmed that reserving beds with towels is not allowed and even admitted it’s an ongoing issue. Nice 2 star hotel in Bodrum in Gundogan area.

This is a quaint hotel near there water. The rooms are plain but clean. When we were there the pool wasn't swimmable but technically we were off season. The breakfast was great. The location is nice. You can't really walk from the hotel to the beach as there is an empty lot and fence between the hotel and the water. But it is a short walk.

Staff is wonderful, albeit limited English, but then I don't speak any Turkish. That's part of the adventure. We were able to communicate and get our needs met and questions answered. We stayed in this hotel for one full week in August 2023 and it was absolutely amazing. The location, the staff, the breakfast, the beach, the city, the restaurants nearby are all top quality and extraordinary. My family loved Gundogan and we plan to visit again soon.

We came here every day during the holiday to swim in the summer house. Mr. Ömer was very attentive in the beach section. We had a very enjoyable holiday thanks to him. We especially thank him very much. Definitely recommended for beach use in Gündoğan.

We didn’t like that the cleaning crew came at 4 or 5pm instead of in the morning. So our room was only cleaned twice within a span of a week. It should have been done in the morning and daily. Poyraz bey was very nice though and super helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

VERY PLEASANT I have spent three nights in the hotel with my children and we had a fantastic stay. The staff (a family) was so welcoming and helpful. The place was clean, cosy, quiet and comfortable. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach although better be driven there by the hotel which they do for free.

Stayed at MARISOL with my wife for two weeks. What a gem! The place was spotless and the crew was super friendly! Every morning, we were treated to this awesome Turkish breakfast that hit the spot. Oh, and the sea? So calm and serene, just added to this amazing experience. Taking a dip from that jetty? Absolute bliss. If you're heading to Bodrum/Gundogan, seriously, check this place out!

In terms of value for money, this is the best resort in Gündoğan. The staff, systems, menus, and customer base seem to be the best. The menu is extensive, and the prices are definitely not astronomical. I came with my daughter and my family. They also offer water sports, and they are very professional. We hope to return next year.
