I am appalled at how insensitive, tone deaf, inhumane and money hungry Cape Bodrum is. I booked a four night reservation with the hotel approximately four to five months out. Fast forward, approximately two months pre-travel, currently, war struck in regions adjacent to the country where countries that were once deemed as some of the safest i.e. Dubai & Qatar were bombed, tourists are stuck and fleeing to neighboring countries in fear for their lives. Let me preface this by saying, my initial reservation via ***********, upon confirmation, did state that the reservation was non-refundable. However, provided that this situation is out of any of our control and is certainly unpredictable as no one country is guaranteed safe in this current climate, I reached out to *********** to contact the property on my behalf to ask for a refund. The property’s response included the following: “We understand that global events can create uncertainty, and we want to reassure you that our country remains safe. There is no situation affecting daily life or travel. Everything here is continuing as normal.” How absurd could one be to not understand people wanting to shelter in their country of origin as a safety measure; This isn’t an everyday ordinary cancellation on a customer’s part. The property stands by not offering a refund and I find it inhumane and lacking integrity to the highest degree. They clearly prioritize money over human life and it’s disgusting to say the least.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The entire staff was extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurants offered excellent food with plenty of variety and high quality dishes. The beach was calm, clean, and relaxing — the perfect place to unwind. Our daughter Iris was treated with such warmth and care, which made our experience even more special. Overall, a truly memorable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional service.

I would recommend this hotel for staying & beach but I think they need to improve their housekeeping employees also the breakfast options are not expected as Turkish food.
They have a nice view and location also the team are too helpful and kind.

This was our first time in Bodrum and at Cape Hotel. While the resort felt luxurious overall, there were a few disappointments. Some towels were extremely worn out and should’ve been replaced. Our first room had a strong odor, but the staff acted quickly and moved us. Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better — it was dusty, the floors weren’t clean, and the mattresses were uncomfortable enough to cause back pain.

On the bright side, the beachfront was beautiful and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth, breakfast was good, and the salon on-site was excellent — friendly staff and great service. The hotel has potential, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement.

The premises are in excellent condition, and the sea is simply beautiful. The team works like a beehive — efficient, harmonious, and full of energy. Breakfast is delicious, with every item carefully selected. The cheeses and all other ingredients are specially sourced with care and attention to quality. The suite rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference and the quality — it only takes 45 minutes to truly notice the level of excellence. Customer experience is clearly the top priority — from guest relations to beach staff, waiters and waitresses, chefs, and reception. Every touchpoint reflects thoughtfulness and professionalism, making it an unforgettable experience. (always smiling staff) Gündoğan is also a fantastic location — peaceful yet perfectly placed between Türkbükü and Yalıkavak. We’ve been coming here for the past nine years or so, and it never disappoints. You can enjoy morning walks along the bay, and the local food scene is excellent. The famous Çakıltaşı restaurant is within walking distance of the hotel and offers a true taste of the region. (recommended for lunch and maybe for dinner-cosy, not luxurious) It’s also worth mentioning that Anda, the hotel’s restaurant, is a great choice for dinner. Evenings at the beach are magical, with music and a DJ who’s been playing here for the last 6–7 years — always delivering the perfect vibe. The sunbeds are very comfortable, and the capacity is just right, ensuring guests have plenty of space and relaxation. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference — it only takes about 45 minutes to sense the high quality and care that defines this place. From guest relations to beach staff, waiters, chefs, and the reception team, every touchpoint is thoughtful and professional. It’s a truly unforgettable experience.

This is a new and an amazing hotel in the most beautiful part of Bodrum. The pool and the beach club is just out of this world beautiful. The service is superb. It's 20 min to Yalikavak Marina. There aren't anything around the property so best if you have a rental car. If you like highend service from the conceige for the top places in Bodrum, you must do it yourself. The conceige is super kind but not capable to hook you up with top hard to get places. I would definitely go back as it is by far the best hotel in Bodrum.

I booked a Turkish Hammam at Cape Bodrum Bluwell Spa for my wife, but the experience was so poorly managed that she walked out without completing the treatment. Staff originally assured me there was time and explained a proper sauna-steam-scrub process, but then rushed her straight to the scrub after just one quick sauna session. It felt careless and unprofessional. When I voiced my concerns, spa management showed no accountability. They’re clearly overbooking and pushing clients through. Not relaxing, not respectful — definitely not worth it.

This hotel never fails to fulfill my expectations every single time. With a warm welcoming attitude and smiles, The experience starts from the doorbell to the reception all the way to the housekeeping. clean rooms, lovely beach and delightful restaurants. With most kind staff that make sure your needs and wishes are fulfilled.
Shoutout to the people who made our stay even more enjoyable and special with their amazing hospitality: Aksamai, Yelin ucar and Pelin.

We spent one week in this gorgeous hotel! From the minute we walked in we were very impressed with the luxurious feel of the hotel and all the kind staff, especially Pelim! She was so kind and helpful throughout our whole holiday and we even built a nice friendship. The food was amazing, the rooms were very clean and every day we would get toiletries and refreshments. The beach club was very nice however only a slight issue with having to wait ages for a staff member to ask us if we want anything unless you would call or look for them. Once they came up to you they would be helpful but that would be the only issue we had or having to wait a long time for drinks to come despite the place being quiet. The staff around the hotel are very very nice and would be very attentive to you. We enjoyed our stay a lot and one thing we noticed is that they even have a pillow menu!!!
