First impressions were good however over the course of the holiday, this slowly deteriorated. Food 3/5 - Snack bar food was much better than the evening buffet. Buffet food was usually the same food night after night. Having been to All Inc plenty of times before we were used to themed nights. This buffet never had any. Service 3/5.. lots of staff but not a lot actually doing anything other than walking...

Rooms are great, plenty of room, this was our 2nd time staying here and could not believe the changes! There are now very steep and dangerous escalators going down to the entertainment on the beach!? not well lit and kept breaking down, very dangerous if you'd had few drinks!! not suitable for children, pushchairs, infirm or elderly, an accident waiting to happen, entertainment was hit and miss if...

Arrived at night so it was dark We were allocated rooms 4121 and 4123 In the morning we were surprised by the lovely sea view probably due to Ozge who i contacted prior to our stay. After breakfast which there was plenty to choose from , i had a walk around the extensive grounds all beautifully kept. I used the escalator to access the circular path thar runs parallel with the sea, a nice walk i found...

Currently on holiday. Having an amazing time, highly recommend. Andy has been amazing. I will definitely be coming back here. Even at the end of October the weather and service has been excellent.

Wow where do I start? We booked over a year ago and were looking forward to it but recent reviews on here and Facebook did make me ponder however I tend to roll my eyes at negative English reviews as they focus on spirits (why?) and food. Well I need not have worried! Firstly it’s important to note it cost us £1900 for a week for 2 adults and 1 child in half term, so my expectations are low, as...

The hotel it self is beautiful and so are the surroundings with a 30 min drive into bodrum I recommend using uber then you won’t get fleeced by the locals , it was around £15 each way whilst the hotel does do a shuttle it’s £10ish each and your limited to only a few hours in the town. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food in the buffet restaurant are very much the same each night (no themed nights...

Great hotel, great staff and great food. Would absolutely return. I loved it. The foo options were lovely and the drinks selection was one of the best I've seen.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, probably the best we’ve stayed at as a family. The facilities are first class, the food was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The kids club was on a level I haven’t seen before. The gym was incredibly well equipped. The pool was really nice and the access to the hotels own beach was really good. Even tho the hotel clearly wasn’t full when we were there I can’t imagine...

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel truly special. We were even upgraded twice during our stay, which was such a wonderful surprise! A special thank you to Melda and Unver, our guest assistants, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine...

The titanic hotel was certainly a 5 star experience from the moment we arrived ! We visited in October , so weather was a bit mixed but hotel was not overly crowded - making the service impeccable . Rooms , service and facilities were wonderful . The food offering was extensive throughout the day- with a fantastic choice of a la carte dining in the evening - offering Turkish / Greek / Italian/ Japanese...

I did anti gravity yoga with Nadia. It was excellent and well explained, lots of fun but also a good challenging exercise

Guest managers are performing the art of service, especially Nazgul. Kids club is making kids busy and very happy, customized printed T-shirts with their characters made them very proud and distinguished

We had an incredible stat at Lujo Bodrum. The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent - they couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond. In particular Dennis and Zahanna were great. You are added to a WhatsApp group on arrival with your allocated joy advisors who are there to assist you during your stay and this makes everything very easy , from arranging restaurant reservations...

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at Lujo. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the Joy advisors who greeted us with champagne and strawberries. We were set up with a WhatsApp communication with our 2 personal joy advisors Denis & Zhanna. Always on hand to answer any questions and inform us of any updates and booking table reservations for us. The hotel is stunning and sits in an exquisite...

Absolutely great experience, everything was perfect! Food is so good, I had several (too many) stops at the Bluette Patisserie, where Hande treated us with excellent service and delicious desserts!

Our stay at Lujo Hotel Bodrum was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and perfectly organized. The hotel is beautifully designed, with stunning views of the sea and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. Every detail is carefully thought out to make guests feel special. The food is exceptional, with a wide variety...

stayed in this hotel with my wife in a suite. This hotel is one of the best I have ever visited. Comfort Safety Kindness These qualities were present every single day. There are many restaurants, all with excellent quality. The food was really good, tasty, and simply wonderful. The hotel beach is great, divided into a quiet adults-only area (18+) for relaxation, and a family area that is not too...

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Lujo! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, beautifully maintained gardens, and the incredible variety of pools spread throughout the resort — there’s truly something for everyone. We stayed at the end of the season, and having visited a few other hotels around the same time, we noticed a bit of that typical “end-of-term” feeling...

Amazing relaxing week. We booked due to location to airport and the facilities and you didn't disappoint. Some people comment on the food, but you have to remember this is mainly russian hotel, so be prepared to try different delicacies. The food was fresh and soo much choice. Will definitely return, it was such a great price for a relaxing week in the sun.

We arrived at 21:08 om a Saturday. The drive in was dark, we couldnt see anything around and we got to the reception asking for directions to a resturant as the kids and us where hungry. It closed at 2100 and to my suprise they wouldnt accomodate arrivals 8 mins after closing...... not a great start. But the guy at reception ordered a pizza for the kids and we went to the room. Again... its dark outside...

The resort was really beautiful with various activities. Dining options were really good. Nothing to complain about really. However, stay away from the photographers if you are not ready for expensive drama

The resort provides top-notch services for her guests and I would recommend the all inclusive service to anyone who wants to stay. However, there is a limited transportation to the city and drivers tend to exploit foreigners. In addition, the laundry service of the resort is very expensive and there are no pressing irons or ironing boards in the rooms.

We stayed at your hotel with a friend for a week, and we can confidently say that we had a very positive experience. The hotel is located in an absolutely beautiful spot! The room was clean, the food selection was delicious and varied. The evening shows were entertaining, though we would have loved to dance a bit longer. We give 10 out of 10 points to the 4.8feet boys! Fantastic welcome and super tasty...

This was my second time staying at Greenbay Resort and Spa , and it truly feels like coming home. What makes this place special isn’t just the facilities, but the people - the team here quickly become more like friends, creating an atmosphere that is both welcoming and safe, especially for solo travelers like me. I had so many new experiences this time: I learned how to paddleboard with the amazing...

We were almost the only guests out of season and we're surprised to find it open. The rooms are clean but a little tired but the manager was friendly and spoke English well. We had room only and we're able to get hot water for drinks. The air conditioning kept the room warm and the balcony view was the best part. It was beautiful looking across the water. I bet in Summer this will be a really nice...

A little bit old stylish, but if you do not require luxury, IT is nice place to stay. Great view on sea, quite big room, good food. Perfect value for money.

Small, cheap with a nice service, the view is beautiful

Where good cook nice service good rooms I have been 50 or more times :))))

Huge thanks to the hotel team for their willingness to help, customer-oriented approach, professionalism, and friendly attitude.

Good hotel! Very friendly staff. Quite.Good breakfast. An embankment where you can walk, in general a good place.

Good hotel with clean and cozy rooms in a beautiful location close to airport But get sure to book room with a sea view Room with view on a parking is extremely noisy, so my second stay was 10 times worse than first one - cars and dogs around parking didn't let me sleep all night

A very nice boutique hotel close enough to the airport to be a useful and pleasant stay. We may well be back again. Located right by the sea and with loungers etc and a bar on the seafront. Breakfast was not good, and very pre-prepared. They could definitely improve the breakfast. We had a room with a sea view. Not sure whether others would have been quite as nice, but plenty of space and nice decor...

Clean, convenient and good distance to the airport for an overnight stay

Located very far away from Bodrum and from everything. It can be considered a good place if you don't want to move from the hotel. Rooms extremely small that is very difficult to place a lagguage. Beds uncomfortable. So incredible that no-one of the staff was able to speak a bit of English. It has been very hard to get any sort of information.
