Greenport Bodrum Hotel in Guevercinlik

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and mold on the ceiling in the little room extension where there was a twin bed. Light was showing under the door to the room. The blankets we were given were only enough for one person so we had to squeeze together to have a blanket over us. The sheet that covered the bed never stayed in place. The mattress was stained. The amenities were minimal and we had to ask for those. The air conditioner made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. The buffet style meals were not the best I have eaten. The people who went to the buffet hoarded more food than they could eat and wasted so much. This left little for others because of their selfishness. Serving the patrons would help curb this greediness. This was a terrible experience!! Pictures on request.

Blankets too small to cover 2 people
Mold in bathroom
Miniature TV
A/C rattling all night long
Cracked ceiling
Poor lighting

Dirty, smells with bad odors from soda area like rotten meat or dead animal next to buffet where food is served .. F...ing SERIOULY ?

How can this be possible i still can't comprehend ?

I almost vomited couldn't eat ...

This property should be condemned and torn down
Including rooms have stench ozzing from toilets from it's antiquated plumbing to your bed
I wanted to leave and go somewhere else decent to sleep

If it wasn't for my pregnant wife and we were extremely tired also new to area I would've left in middle of night.

Couldn't sleep awoke at 5am counting minutes till wife was up to get the hell out of there

If I could give no stars I would. The day we arrived we checked in a sent straight to our room carrying our bags . No information given on times food or drink was served. Not about where everything was situated. So we had to guess. The air con wasnt working in the room they sent someone to put gas in it but still was a problem
Later on in the evening we eventually changed rooms.
We had a walk around and they had already started to serve the evening meal we rushed to get something to eat the food was horrible we has to eat out. Even though we paid for all inclusive. What we did eat there made us sick so at the end of our five days we both had dirreha and sickness. The pool was dirty and the room was filthy. The shower was broken. We spent our holiday outside the hotel at a local beach. We have wasted so much money which we didn't on plan spending. We just wanted to relax for five days without having to go out. Me and my partner are so upset the staff are rude the DJ just played the same rubbish songs on a night and was to bothered by trying to flirt with us females. Honestly dont waste your money go somewhere else

I was very upset about no wifi in the rooms. Lots of people sitting on the reception waiting to catch any connection until late night!! The dishes and cutlery are very dirty, juices mixed with unboiled water causing stomach-ache, dirty in the room. I can not recommend choosing Green port.
